7 millones de pesos y un lingote de oro
En cabinas de camiones.
El transporte de divisas se extendió por toda la frontera norte. En los dos últimos procedimientos, en Salta y Formosa se decomisó una fortuna.
La utilización de cualquier tipo de transporte para vulnerar los controles e introducir divisas ilegales al país es un delito que creció durante casi toda la pandemia.
Fuentes de Gendarmería Nacional informaron sobre dos exitosos operativos en contra del lavado de divisas llevados a cabo en Formosa y en el paraje salteño Senda Hachada, ubicado a 17 kilómetros del pueblo de Embarcación, en el norte de la provincia. En sendos camiones, los respectivos choferes trasladaban ilegalmente dólares, guaraníes, pesos y un lingote de oro.
En el caso del camionero paraguayo detenido en Formosa, éste intentó introducir al país incluso un lingote de oro, cuyo destino era la ciudad de Buenos Aires. El decomiso de más de 7 millones de pesos lo realizaron efectivos del Escuadrón 16 Clorinda ayer en un control de sobre la ruta nacional 11.
En ese lugar gendarmes dependientes del Escuadrón 16 Clorinda interceptaron sobre el kilómetro 1.286 un camión con semirremolque de bandera paraguaya, que transportaba bananas hacia el mercado central de Buenos Aires. El transporte era conducido por un hombre de nacionalidad paraguaya (supuestamente), quien circulaba desde Asunción de Paraguay con destino final la provincia de Buenos Aires.
Al comenzar con el registro, los gendarmes detectaron debajo del asiento del conductor una placa metálica que resultó ser un lingote de oro con un peso total de 1,360 gramos como.Una vez hallado en flagrancia, se requisó al conductor, a quien en los bolsillos de la campera le hallaron 500 dólares estadounidenses, 1.661.000 guaraníes y dos teléfonos celulares nuevos.
La valuación de los secuestrado alcanzó un total de 7.154.000 pesos. El Juzgado Federal 1 de Formosa orientó el decomiso de las divisas, la pieza metálica y ambos celulares por infracción a la ley 22.415 Código Aduanero, mientras que el ciudadano quedó supeditado a la causa, pero en libertad.
En Salta
El otro procedimiento fue llevado a cabo ayer por integrantes de la Sección Senda Hachada dependiente del Escuadrón 52 Tartagal, cuando se encontraban desplegados sobre el kilómetro 1.375 de la ruta nacional 34 y detuvieron la marcha de un transporte de cargas donde viajaban dos hombres con itinerario Tartagal – Salta capital. El primer control de la documentación no arrojó ningún resultado pero el nerviosismo de los ocupantes de la cabina del camión llevó a los uniformados federales a hacer una requisa mas exhaustiva.
Los funcionarios requisaron entonces la caja del transporte y observaron en la parte trasera de la misma varias cajas que no estaban siendo trasladadas como carga denunciada.
Al abrirlas se dieron con cientos de fajos de billetes de distintas denominaciones. Los transportistas no contaban con la documentación que acredite su legal procedencia por lo que fueron demorados preventivamente hasta que se realizó el conteo del dinero ilegal.
Totalizando 1.959.990 pesos argentinos.
Intervino la Fiscalía Federal de Orán, que dispuso la incautación del dinero y que el conductor quede supeditado a la causa, aunque en libertad.
Fuentes de seguridad consultadas anoche aseguran que el tráfico de grandes sumas de dinero en distintos tipos de transporte volvió a recrudecer como meses atrás cuando en una serie de procedimientos, tanto en Salta como en Santiago del Estero Gendarmería Nacional y otras fuerzas de seguridad lograron decomisar más de 50.000.000 de pesos, decenas de miles de dólares y otras divisas que tenían como destino distintos puntos del sur de país.
En principio se pensó que se trataba de remesas de pagos a empresas del sur del país para el envío de mercaderías desde allí hacia la frontera norte, pero poco después la hipótesis del juez federal de Santiago del Estero, Guillermo Molinari sostuvo que se trataba de lavado de divisas ilegales, se confirmó.
En las últimas semanas se decomisaron grandes cantidades de divisas enviadas en camiones en casi todas las provincias del norte del país con límites internacionales con distintos países.
Secuestros durante la pandemia
Un pasajero traficaba oro desde Buenos Aires a la frontera norte.
El oro secuestrado ayer.
Diecisiete lingotes de oro intentó sacar del país un pasajero que viajaba en un micro desde Buenos Aires a la frontera norte. El operativo fue realizado por el Escuadrón Núcleo 59 de la GNA que se encontraba apostado a la altura del kilómetro 734 de la ruta nacional 34.
Fuentes de la fuerza informaron que los gendarmes detuvieron la marcha de un transporte de pasajeros de larga distancia que había salido desde Buenos Aires. Al momento del control, los efectivos divisaron a un ciudadano que llevaba un bolso de mano que contenía fajos de billetes de moneda nacional y extranjera, como así también, lingotes metálicos.
Durante toda la pandemia el tráfico de valores creció de manera constante, tanto desde la frontera norte hacia el sur como desde allí a las ciudades limítrofes. Para las fuerzas de seguridad se trata de lavado de dinero y de transacciones ilegales vinculadas a las mafias o carteles del narcotráfico. Incluso estas bandas de lavadores utilizaron motocicletas cargadas con millonarias sumas para evadir controles en las rutas del norte provincial.
