El intendente de Famailla, José Orellana, visito los estudios de Café Prensa en Radio Continental para hablar sobre la gestión de la pandemia a nivel nacional como local, la interna peronista y el panorama político en general.

“El covid es una enfermedad para todos. Hoy, nuestros mayores están tranquilos porque están vacunados pero los jóvenes tienen que entender que no son superhéroes y esta cepa ha mutado.

Por suerte están llegando millones de vacunas. Me alegro ver que la ministra Rossana Chahla  vacunando con sus propias manos y el gobernador al lado. Depende de nosotros tener la responsabilidad, única y personal, de tener la voluntad de cuidarnos” dijo respecto a la gestión de la pandemia .

Se le consultó sobre los efectos de la interna peronista en su municipio, a lo que respondió «Nuestra gestión no perdió nada, se puso blanco sobre negro. Hasta el vicegobernador, cada uno vende como le conviene y hasta lo quiere presentar. Si es por Jaldo, acá la primera línea dirigencial son los ministros y el gobernador.

Pero llevarse concejales o funcionarios, si lo pones en una jerarquía de nivel, no es para dar una vuelta olímpica, le salió caro porque se fueron por sus conveniencias individuales. Tenemos un esquema de trabajo que es en equipo. Vos en equipo tenes posibilidades de levantar copas, pero individuales no levantas copas. A mí me equilibro la gestión para bien».

«Yo planteo con mucha severidad, fuerza, instándolo a que si estaban con nuestro gobierno tienen que estar en la conducción del intendente que pertenece a la conducción y al liderazgo del gobernador. Aquí es blanco o negro. Tenemos que estar en el mismo proyecto y en igual ideal.

Tenemos muchos dirigentes formados que antes que presentaron la renuncia ya teníamos los decretos de quienes los reemplazan. Esta confrontación es innecesaria y anticipada en el peor momento. A Osvaldo Jaldo le gano la impaciencia.

Si querés tener la conducción tenes que pasar el 2021 y te da la capacidad de competir y saber si estas fuerte o débil. A esta pelea la termina ganando Juan Manzur por el poder y el apoyo que tiene el presidente en 2023.  ¿Y quién conduce la política del peronismo de Tucumán? Juan Manzur, quien va a ser el gran elector y eso lo debió ver Osvaldo Jaldo antes de ponerse loquito» agregó.

Se le consultó sobre la situación en que tanto a nivel nacional como provincial se empezó a hacer política con la pandemia, a lo que manifestó “En la vida y todos los órdenes es lo que hay, por respeto a la gente y el dolor, hay que respetar a rajatabla. En la vida del escenario político hay gente que quiere sacar ventaja de todo. Y en eso la oposición a nivel nacional es impiadosa.

Hacen del susto y las insatisfacciones una ventaja. Pero la gente lo sabe, escucha los relatos pero sabe que quiere y hacia donde va. No hay que subestimar a la gente. La pandemia nos perjudico a todos, no tuvo bandera política»

Cuando se le consulto por su lectura respecto al acercamiento Alfaro-Manzur, respondió «Es un fuerte mensaje de que el gobernador tiene la sensatez del contexto en que vivimos. Primero por lo institucional, porque el intendente de capital es un medio gobernador que abarca la mitad de lo que es un gobierno provincial. Son dos potencias a nivel institucional.

El gobernador seguirá construyendo desde una visión de futuro con los que están, los que estuvieron y los que quieren estar. Todavía hay tiempo ¿Cómo será la relación con el vicegobernador? El tiempo lo dirá. ¿Cómo será la relación con Germán? Posiblemente acuerden en esta elección ir juntos o ir separados.  Pueden respetarse, que es lo que corresponde. Hasta acá Germán Alfaro tiene otro partido, pero lo respetamos, lo reconocemos, como un compañero, como un gran referente, un gran militante. Y esto también lo tiene interpretado el gobernador, que, en el cambio, nosotros tenemos que ser el mismo cambio. Lo de Germán es todo posible, yo no descarto nada. Bienvenido, bienvenido el cambio, bienvenido los que crean. Considero que hay un proyecto que los hace sentir identificados y que pueden trabajar juntos “

En cuanto a la culpa de los entornos en esta grieta, manifestó “Los entornos son el reflejo de lo que es uno en la cabeza. Los entornos deben hacer lo que el conductor considera. Siempre el conductor hace el análisis, consulta, pero quien toma la decisión es la cabeza.

En la última sección del “PING PONG” se le pregunto por la posibilidad de una fórmula Alfaro- Manzur en 2023, a lo que respondió “no sé qué dirá el tiempo, siempre sonarán candidatos. Pero Juan Manzur será el gran elector que decida quién irá.” Y en cuanto a su futuro en la política para 2023 afirmo que “ Seré candidato si la gente me lo permite”
