Actrices Argentinas denunció a Fernando Burlando
Por sus declaraciones sobre el caso Darthés
El colectivo acusa al abogado del actor de haber violado la Ley de Protección Integral de las Mujeres durante una entrevista televisiva

Fernando Burlando dio detalles sobre la situación de su cliente, Juan Darthés, durante una entrevista que brindó el viernes pasado al programa Los Ángeles de la Mañana. El abogado afirmó que cree en la inocencia del actor y aseguró: “Está bien, como la persona que tiene que tener un exilio. En esto lo literatura universal se ha expresado en infinidad de oportunidades, dándonos a conocer lo que uno puede sentir cuando se lo destierra”.
Las declaraciones de Burlando en el programa conducido por Ángel de Brito, en El Trece, no cayeron bien a Actrices Argentinas. A través de su cuenta en Twitter, el colectivo publicó un comunicado para informar que presentó una denuncia contra el letrado, por considerar que violó la Ley de Protección Integral de las Mujeres.
“No está exiliado, está prófugo de la justicia. Violencia mediática es violencia de género”, reza el tuit junto al comunicado. En el mismo se especifica que desde ABOFEM (Asociación de Abogadas Feministas), Actrices Argentinas presentó la denuncia en la Defensoría del Público -cuya función es promover, difundir y defender el derecho a la comunicación democrática en los medios nacionales-, y se manifiesta su repudio a «los dichos del abogado Fernando Burlando y del espacio mediático que se le brinda a estas expresiones, que avalan la violencia hacia las mujeres y sobre todo a las personas víctimas de abusos”.
“El abuso sexual es un cuento de violencia de nunca acabar. El cuestionamiento que realizan desde la Justicia y desde los medios de comunicación a las mujeres que se animan a denunciar no solo son revictimizantes sino que además son aleccionadores. No están solo dirigidos a la persona que se ha violentado sino a todas las identidades feminizadas que sufren y han sufrido situaciones similares con el fin de que no se denuncien estos hechos delictivos. De esta forma se perpetúan los privilegios de clase y género de los que todavía gozan los varones”, explican en la publicación, sobre los motivos que llevaron al colectivo a realizar la denuncia.
En ese sentido, se indica: “Todas estas estrategias de poner en el lugar de víctima al agresor, como lo que realiza el abogado Burlando con el aval de los medios de comunicación, y la revictimización de Thelma, tienen un claro mensaje: ‘No denuncies’”
“Se cuestionan los relatos de Thelma, mientras a él se lo trata de exiliado, cuando es en realidad un prófugo de la Justicia -señala el comunicado-. Es preferible pensar que una mujer miente a que un hombre, padre de familia, es un abusador. Se perpetúa así el ideal masculino de la impunidad. A ellos no los alcanza la ley y a nosotras sí nos alcanzan los prejuicios patriarcales”.

Luego, se hace referencia específicamente al testimonio de Burlando en Los Ángeles de la Mañana: “A pesar de que sus dichos no son ciertos, ya que es de público conocimiento las pericias que le realizaron a la actriz Thelma Fardin (quien denunciara por abuso sexual a Juan Darthés en Nicaragua), el conductor, lejos de repreguntar sobre eso o repudiar los dichos, hizo hincapié en que le preguntaba sobre la inocencia de Darthés ‘porque te conozco, porque sé que sino no lo defenderías’”.
“Brindar espacio al aire televisivo, en programas de tanta audiencia, a defender a una persona que tiene pedido de captura internacional por estar imputado por abuso sexual, no es más que otra forma de violentar a la víctima y a todas las mujeres», explican en el escrito.

A través de su cuenta en Twitter, De Brito citó el comunicado y respondió: “¿Otra vez la culpa es de los medios? En ningún momento cuestioné en mi espacio periodístico a @soythelmafardin ni su relato. En el que creo, y lo dije en repetidas oportunidades”. Y agregó: “Mientras ustedes trabajaban con acosados y abusadores sexuales, yo hace 20 años que entrevisto y les doy espacio a las víctimas. Esta semana a @missbolivia, Mónica Fernández (caso Teto Medina) y Daniel Cortés (jugador de Boca)”.

Asimismo, aunque no citó al programa de Ángel de Brito, Thelma Fardín escribió en la red social: “Qué asco los periodistas y los abogados diciendo que no me hicieron pericias. Qué asco cómo nos quieren callar. Las pericias psiquiátricas, psicológicas y la prueba presentada llevó a la acusación de violación agravada con pedido de captura internacional”.

Y se preguntó: “¿Por cuánto tiempo más me tengo que bancar la revictimización? Acá sigo, de pie y durmiendo tranquila. ¿Estas bestias son quienes deciden de qué se habla y de qué no, qué causas son justas y cuáles no? Cuánta Burla… Vamos a seguir, no nos van a callar, no me van a asustar”.
De Brito, además de publicar videos de otros años de su programa para reflejar que siempre le ha brindado espacio a víctimas de violencia de género, le respondió a la actriz: “¿Qué periodista dijo que no te hicieron pericias? ¿Quién te quiso callar?”
