El jefe de Gabinete participó junto al presidente de la Nación, Alberto Fernández, de la Reunión del Gabinete Nacional de Cambio Climático.
En el encuentro también estuvieron el ministro de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible, Juan Cabandié, y los gobernadores provinciales, algunos de ellos mediante la modalidad virtual.
Juan Manzur destacó allí que la Argentina plantea como política de Estado el abordaje de la problemática del cambio climático: El ministro coordinador, además agradeció la presencia de los gobernadores en el encuentro y su compromiso para aportar soluciones a la problemática abordada: Manzur también admitió que el cambio climático afecta a los sectores sociales más vulnerables del país y que el Gobierno Nacional responde con políticas públicas a esta situación:

Por su parte, Juan Cabandié destacó el aporte global hecho por la Argentina por medio de los servicios eco-sistémicos, herramientas que benefician al planeta:
