Adelantan la llegada de subsidios por casi $150 millones para el transporte
El secretario de Transporte de la Provincia, Benjamín Nieva, informó que se espera contar en los próximos días con subsidios nacionales de aproximadamente 146 millones de pesos para dar una solución al conflicto.
El funcionario, que cumple el rol de Presidente del Consejo Federal de Seguridad Vial, señaló cuál es la postura al respecto del gobierno. “Entendemos el reclamo, que nos parece justo, pero lamentamos que se perjudique al usuario y que los empresarios no entren en razón.
Si bien atravesamos una situación de crisis, no hubo hasta el momento ningún tipo de pedido de los empresarios de un aumento de tarifa, que actualmente es inferior a las de otras provincias”, expresó.
Los usuarios deben saber que la provincia viene haciendo un gran esfuerzo para auxiliar a la actividad, no solo en lo que respecta a las líneas que son competencia de la provincia como lo son las interurbanas y rurales, sino también a las líneas municipales. En ese marco, el gobierno provincial viene pagando subsidios de 81 millones de pesos y en enero auxilió con 300 millones de pesos para que se pueda seguir cumpliendo con la actividad.
Esperamos que hoy o en los próximos días estén arribando los subsidios nacionales que rondan en los 146 millones de pesos”, detalló Nieva.
Por la medida de fuerza, desde este martes dejaron de circular los colectivos de las 56 líneas de la provincia y esto se sostendría por tiempo indeterminado, mientras se realizan movilizaciones y asambleas en toda la provincia. El motivo de la medida es la falta de pago de los salarios del mes de marzo de 3.600 trabajadores del sector.
Ley de Alcohol Cero a nivel federal
El titular del Consejo Federal de Seguridad Vial fue convocado por el Presidente de la Cámara de Diputados Sergio Massa para asesorar sobre la Ley 8.848 de Alcohol Cero que rige en Tucumán y evaluar la posibilidad de aplicarla a nivel nacional.
“Esta normativa prohíbe conducir cualquier tipo de vehículo habiendo consumido cualquier cantidad y tipo de bebidas alcohólicas. Esta ley, vigente en Tucumán desde 2018, se aplica ya en varias provincias pero se busca que pueda replicarse a nivel federal”, afirmó el funcionario.
En ese marco, se busca implementar un plan integral de seguridad vial que incluya herramientas y sistemas tecnológicos con equipos homologados que permitan detectar cierto tipo de infracciones como excesos de velocidad, falta de luces o chapas patentes, peso reglamentario en camiones, etc.
