La vicepresidenta, Cristina Kirchner, pidió a los fiscales de la causa Vialidad, Diego Luciani y Sergio Mola, que «agarren la Constitución, los libros de Derecho Administrativo y el Código Penal y Procesal, que no muerden».
Luego de realizar su descargo a través de una transmisión en vivo en redes sociales, la titular del Senado ironizó sobre la cantidad de pruebas de los representantes del Ministerio Público en el expediente que la tiene como principal acusada.
«`Tres toneladas de pruebas´: Clarín y los fiscales Luciani y Mola deben dejar de mirar Netflix», afirmó la ex jefa de Estado, en referencia a un documental que narra un robo al Banco Central de Brasil.
A través de su cuenta de Twitter, Cristina Kirchner agregó: «Agarren la Constitución, los libros de derecho administrativo y el código penal y procesal, que no muerden».
Ayer, la expresidenta ejerció su «derecho a la defensa» por su canal de YouTube luego de que el Tribunal Oral Federal 2 le negara la posibilidad de ampliar su declaración indagatoria en el marco del debate.
En su exposición de una hora y 40 minutos, Fernández de Kirchner aseguró que se está enjuiciando «al peronismo y a los gobiernos populares» en el proceso oral de la causa denominada Vialidad, en el que, reafirmó, «nada fue probado» de lo que dijeron los fiscales Luciani y Mola, a quienes cuestionó por no investigar las comunicaciones telefónicas entre el exsecretario de Obras Públicas José López y el empresario Nicolás Caputo, amigo del expresidente Mauricio Macri.
Durante su exposición, la exmandataria exhibió registros de comunicaciones entre Caputo y López que demuestran la «familiaridad» que había entre ambos y aseguró: «Nada de lo que dijeron los fiscales fue probado. El juicio empieza con la ficción que relataron durante cinco días los fiscales. No eran acusaciones; eran un guión y bastante malo por cierto».
