Al oficialismo lo veo más preocupado por el 2023
Domingo Amaya, diputado nacional, visitó el programa Café Prensa, transmitido por Radio Continental 100 mhz, para hablar de los últimos proyectos en Diputados y la política provincial en general
«El proyecto de zonas frías implica una tarifa especial para los sectores que por cuestiones climáticas tienen que usar más el gas. En un principio cuando se concibió el proyecto, no estaba considerado Tafí del Valle, por supuesto también pedimos por Choromoro, por la Cadena del Aconquija. El tema es el precio del combustible en la garrafa. Nos queda pendiente es como corregimos el delivery, el tema del transporte en que se encarece un poco, pero esto es un avance.» Dijo respecto al proyecto de zonas frías.
“Estamos trabajando en un proyecto para las personas que le pasa la red de gas por frente de su casa y no se pueden conectar por el costo. Estoy trabajando con la gente del ENARGAS para establecer una ley para estos casos. Cuando fui intendente llevé esta propuesta a Nación y no lo entendieron. La idea de este proyecto es que las personas puedan conectar dos bocas, con el medidor, para la cocina y el calefón. En esto el Estado se ahorra mucho dinero, porque se ahorra el subsidio de la garrafa y que las personas a quienes le conectan paguen una cuota sin interés, que vaya a un fondo fiduciario. El mismo ayuda a que las personas que no tienen se conecten, esto se complementaría con la quita del subsidio al gas a aquellos que tienen un poder adquisitivo alto” manifestó respecto a un segundo proyecto en el que está trabajando.
«Hay que empezar a planificar un país que no está planificado, una provincia que no está planificada. Cuando fui intendente en 2006, pensé un plan estratégico mediante una consultora por licitación, en el cual al plan lo hizo la gente pensando de cara al Bicentenario. De este plan, no te sabría decir si hoy se está haciendo algo.
Teníamos que saber con qué contábamos, en ese momento solo tenía el 70% de agua potable, lo llevamos al 90%. Quizás estas cosas siguen avanzando, o quizás no. Todo lo que hay hoy, salió de un plan, cosa que Tucumán no lo tiene, ni el país lo tiene.
A nuestro país lo caminaríamos con un modelo como el de Uruguay en el que no importa el cambio de gobierno, hay cosas que se respetan y otras que varían” agregó.
En cuanto al tema de la hidrovía, si debería ser estatal, respondió «Lo que se ha debatido en la Comisión mixta entre Presupuesto y Peticiones y poderes fue la creación de una comisión bicameral para controlar la licitación. Es fundamental para que todos los legisladores nacionales estén controlando esta licitación. Sería muy importante que la hidrovía sea estatal, pero hay que saber si el estado tiene las condiciones, las herramientas y las inversiones para esto. En esta hidrovía circulan 2500 barcazas de las cuales 1700 son paraguayas y solo hay 250 argentinas.
Hoy el país, la inversión que está haciendo viene de la emisión monetaria que genera una inflación. Incluso salimos de la categoría de país de frontera y esto preocupa mucho.
No sólo no están robando en hidrovías sino también mares y pesca porque no hay inversión de control ni una legislación fuerte que penalice en esto.»
En cuanto a la organización de la oposición de la provincia respondió “Todos los tiempos llegan, si o si tienen que llegar cuando se venza el plazo el día 14. No sólo la oposición, también en el oficialismo, porque todos preguntan qué pasa con la oposición, pero nadie pregunta que pasa con el oficialismo. Al oficialismo los veo más preocupado por el 2023 que, en estas elecciones, yo creo que es una irresponsabilidad estar preocupado en algo que no sabes que va a pasar, cuando tenes que preocuparte primero que está pasando con la gente. Dedícate a gobernar, no a pensar en lo que querés ser o podés ser”.
En cuanto a la interna en el peronismo manifestó «Yo soy peronista no oficialista. Veo que hay muchos que dicen ser peronistas. Nadie niega que se puedan afiliar después de pasar por otros partidos, pero lo importante es que si vienen a este partido que vengan a seguir los caminos que dejo el líder de este movimiento, como el tema de la justicia social, que se aplica mediante la educación, trabajo, dignidad. Cuestiones que hoy vemos es una de las grandes deudas que tienen el estado provincial como los provinciales” dijo

También se le pregunto si consideraba que la figura del gobernador era fuerte o si perdió peso con la grieta dentro del peronismo a lo que respondió “Todo gobernador es importante en su figura. Mientras tenga el poder es el número 1 y de ahí para abajo. Con esta grieta, ocasionada por el individualismo, habla del 1, del 2 y del camino que no deben emprender«.
En la sección “PING PONG» se le pregunto si aceptaría ser intendente en el caso de que Alfaro se lo pidiera, a lo que respondió “No pasa porque me lo pida Germán Alfaro para que sea intendente, es cuestión que la gente lo decida”. También se le consulto por cómo veía la gestión del actual Intendente capitalino, a lo que respondió “La veo bien, está haciendo cosas.”
