Allanaron la sede central de Camioneros
Durante la tarde del lunes, la policía allanó la sede central del sindicato de Camioneros, conducido por la familia Moyano. Es por la causa del bloqueo a la distribuidora de alimentos Rey durante cuatro días en septiembre del 2021.
Mientras se realizaba el procedimiento, Hugo Moyano, jefe del gremio, estaba en un acto con el Presidente, en Parque Colón, a espaldas de la Casa Rosada.
El caso cobró mucha notoriedad pública porque el dueño de la empresa, Ricardo Rey, denunció el bloqueo entre lágrimas. “No quiero más esta gente acá”, había dicho entonces.
El video
Rey luego formalizó una denuncia que recayó en la Fiscalía N°7 de San Pedro cargo de la doctora María del Valle Viviani. Allí indicó que representantes del sindicato de Camioneros comenzaron una asamblea sin previo aviso con los empleados que están afiliados. Los denunciados fueron Maximiliano Cabaleyro, delegado regional y secretario general de la CGT San Pedro-Baradero, y Fernando Espíndola, también miembro de Camioneros.
“Venimos sufriendo la extorsión de esta gente, con repetidas asambleas, sin previo aviso. Quieren que volvamos a ceder, que sigamos pagando. Todo empezó cuando no accedimos a entregarle más dinero al sindicato. Al desistir de ellos comenzaron a bloquearnos la salida de los camiones”, le había asegurado Gustavo Rey, uno de los hijos de Ricardo.
A raíz de ello, fueron detenidos Cabaleyro, que además es concejal del Frente de Todos en San Nicolás, y Espíndola, por los delitos de “turbación de la posesión” y “extorsión”.
