Autopartista japonesa advirtió que no puede pagar importaciones por cepo al dólar

Ámbito tuvo acceso al pedido de la autopartista japonesa Yazaki Argentina SRL, que tiene una planta en la localidad bonaerense de Escobar. Se trata de una carta enviada a sus proveedores brasileños para comunicarles que no podrá cumplir con los pagos por productos importados.

Las restricciones al acceso de divisas por parte del Banco Central complica cada vez más a las industrias que producen en el país.
Ayer se conoció el caso del fabricante de tractores Agrale que decidió parar la producción por no poder pagar importaciones de insumos. Este no es un caso aislado. El problema afecta a muchas empresas.
Por ejemplo, la autopartista japonesa Yazaki Argentina SRL, que tiene una planta en la localidad bonaerense de Escobar, envió una carta a sus proveedores brasileños – a la que tuvo acceso Ámbito, para comunicarles que no podrá cumplir con los pagos por productos importados como consecuencia de las trabas dispuestas por el gobierno argentino.

Luego de detallar las restricciones aplicadas al comercios exterior por parte del Banco Central, en marzo pasado, seguidas por un endurecimiento de esa política en junio, la empresa señala que “como resultado de las restricciones, YAS (según la sigla que identifica a la compañía) está parcialmente impedida de efectuar los pagos a sus proveedores dentro de los plazos contractuales establecidos y puede incurrir en atrasos».

Asimismo, aclara que “la interrupción o atraso de los pagos por YAS, como resultado de las restricciones impuestas por el BCRA, están completamente fuera de su control, no pueden ser considerado como incumplimiento de los contratos vigentes entre las partes y, por esa razón, constituyen un evento de fuerza mayor».

A su vez, explica la que empresa “está buscando activamente todos los medios posibles para superar las restricciones impuestas por el BCRA, está trabajando para minimizar el impacto a los proveedores e irá informando sobre los resultados de los hechos relacionados con esta situación de fuerza mayor».

Yazaki es un fabricante de mazos de cables y componentes para el tablero de instrumentos de los vehículos. Su principal cliente en el país es la automotriz Toyota.

Esta situación pone el peligro el mantenimiento de la producción ante el riesgo de que se corte el suministro de insumos por falta de pagos.

Fuentes del sector informaron que esta autopartista decidió expandirse en Uruguay y Paraguay en lugar de fortalecer su presencia en el país.
