Avanza la ampliación del Parque Nacional Aconquija de Tucumán
Pasó a la firma el dictamen que acepta la cesión de jurisdicción efectuada por la provincia de Tucumán al Estado Nacional.
En el marco de un plenario de las comisiones de Asuntos Administrativos y Municipales, de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sustentable y de Presupuesto y Hacienda del Senado se debatió y pasó a la firma el dictamen sobre el proyecto de ley que reproduce la iniciativa que acepta la cesión de jurisdicción efectuada por la provincia de Tucumán al Estado Nacional, de diversos inmuebles para la ampliación del Parque Nacional Aconquija.
La iniciativa fue presentada por la senadora del Pro Gladys González, junto a los senadores Beatriz Ávila (Partido por la Justicia Social), Sandra Mendoza (Frente Nacional y Popular) y el senador Pablo Yedlin (Frente Nacional y Popular).
Gladys González, presidenta de la Comisión de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sustentable, sostuvo que “el Parque Nacional Aconquija se creó por este mismo Congreso en 2018 y este proyecto es una ampliación de toda la zona sur del parque y de la reserva nacional. Es un corredor biológico de su área sur y esto requiere anexar nuevos inmuebles”.
Explicó que “viene siendo una política de Estado y nos encontramos otra vez en consenso”.
El senador Yedlin consideró que “es un día importante para Tucumán porque completamos una parte de un proceso de años, anexando un nuevo segmento al Parque Aconquija”.
Por último, expusieron a favor de la iniciativa, los especialistas Federico Granato, director de Operaciones de Parques Nacionales y Emiliano Ezcurra, ex vicepresidenta de la Administración de Parques Nacionales.
