Campero y Sánchez no tuvieron el coraje suficiente

Nadima Pecci, legisladora y pre candidata a diputada nacional por Fuerza Republicana, visitó el programa Café Prensa, en la 92,7 Miradio y la 88.1 mhz, para hablar del panorama electoral previo a las PASO 2021.

«Es un trabajo que hacemos constantemente, estas son elecciones internas, no dirimimos internas. Nos dedicamos a escuchar a la gente y Fuerza republicana tiene la coherencia absoluta. La gente sabe lo que proponemos desde siempre. Nuestra prioridad es la seguridad, es un problema para Tucumán en particular y en Argentina, que está cada vez peor. A pesar que estamos en pandemia, es uno de los temas principales, porque es lógico, sino podés salir a la calle tranquilo, no podés desarrollarte en otras áreas de la vida. Queremos solucionar de fondo los problemas con las propuestas que llevamos al Congreso, como la reforma integral al código penal, la baja de imputabilidad, el servicio militar obligatorio y la derogación de la ley del aborto, que tiene más que ver con la materia penal. Damos a conocer con la gente en los barrios nuestras propuestas que son bien recibidas.» Dijo.

Cuando se le consulto, si veía venir una falta de acuerdo en la oposición, respondió «Me dolió que la oposición no se una, porque trabajamos mucho con Ricardo Bussi y el equipo de Fuerza Republicana desde hace mucho tiempo, esta era la oportunidad con el peronismo fracturado y hace falta construir una oposición con mucha fuerza para llevar el cambio al Congreso. Desde Fuerza Republicana se hizo todo. Ricardo Bussi estaba dispuesto a ceder espacio y en Juntos por el Cambio, no, ningún referente lo hizo. Y eso se nota porque la lista de Juntos por el Cambio está fragmentada en tres en su interna. Si realmente el tema hubiera sido Bussi, seguramente la lista de Juntos por el Cambio, estaría unificada hoy» dijo

«Existe un sector del radicalismo encabezado por Campero y Sánchez, que hicieron todo lo posible hasta el final para que Fuerza Republicana ingrese, y que decían salir sino no nos incorporaban, saldrían por fuera de Juntos por el Cambio, pero no sucedió. En Juntos por el Cambio, el problema son los intereses individuales de otros sectores del frente, que buscaban cuidar su lugar. Y para ellos incluirnos era una fuerza más para disputar un espacio en 2023. Esta elección, salvo para Fuerza Republicana, están pensando en el 2023.Nosotros no pensamos en 2023 porque la gente con suerte piensa ahora y como llega a fin de mes. Pensar así es deslegitimar las elecciones y una falta de respeto hacia la gente” agregó.

Respecto a su visión sobre la interna del peronismo, manifestó » Primero es lamentable desde lo político y lo institucional. El peronismo trabaja para las elecciones, generando punteros y territorio, y a partir de ahí consiguen los votos, ganando por el clientelismo. Hoy hay una pelea feroz en el espacio de gobierno y muestra que su prioridad no es la gente, porque ves esta pelea entre el gobernador y vicegobernador en lista, por conducir un espacio en miras a la reelección, es algo grotesco» .

«Esa pelea favoreció la legislatura porque recupero su rol de control sobre los otros poderes. Es bueno que funcione la figura de la interpelación, porque es saludable que den explicaciones los ministros, es algo que ocurre frecuentemente en Nación. Para este oficialismo tucumano dar explicaciones sobre la gestión es un insulto y debería ser la regla” agregó.

Cuando se le consultó si a su criterio daba las condiciones para un juicio político o si con la interpelación al ministro de educación, alcanzaba “Nosotros cuando tuvimos la sesión, porque la interpelación en nuestra constitución no existe, fue una citación para que brinde un informe. En la legislatura se hizo una moción para que se vote si aprobaba o no. Como era muy extensa la documentación que llevo el Ministro, además ya llevábamos once horas, se difirió el pronunciamiento sobre la aprobación o no del informe del ministro. Hice un dictamen, yo integro la comisión de asuntos constitucionales, de rechazo porque más allá de la documentación que yo la revise, tiene la particularidad que era muy desordenada, mucha documentación no tenía nada que ver con lo que se requería y además no hay constancia oficial de que es lo que se recibió.

Así que me limite al análisis de la versión taquigráfica y en sus dichos surgen las contradicciones que lo hacen susceptible a un juicio político y motivan el dictamen del rechazo del informe. Como, por ejemplo, la más importante, las designaciones ad referéndum, de manera ilegal, el mismo admitió que designo gente fuera del estatuto docente, fue gente que no concurso ni capacitada en cargos técnicos. Hay muchos puntos en este aspecto particular, que el mismo se contradice. Yo sí creo que da para avanzar en un juicio político”

Cuando se le pregunto, que, si esto seguía así, se podría interpelar a otro Ministro, a lo que respondió «Deberíamos interpelar al ministro de seguridad. La inseguridad no es un invento de Fuerza Republicana, es una realidad que vivimos todos».

Respecto a las flexibilizaciones de restricciones, se le consulto cuál era su opinión, a lo que respondió «Todo lo que tiene que ver con la pandemia fue tan politizado. Y el gobierno provincial está tan alineado con el gobierno nacional que toma a raja tabla lo que digan. Y de hecho cuando en nuestra provincia teníamos poca circulación, estábamos en un encierro total. Cuando consideraba que había que abrir las actividades, porque nuestra provincia no estaba en condiciones. En ese momento podríamos haber cerrado solo la frontera, dándole un oxígeno a la actividad comercial. Cuando teníamos circulación comunitaria, tenían que abrir porque no podían resistir un encierro. Fue una gran deficiencia del gobierno provincial, debieron adecuar la realidad a nuestra provincia».

«Ahora vienen las elecciones y no es momento para generar más mal humor social del que ya hay. Cuando dictas normas irracionales que no siguen una lógica, son incumplidas. Respecto a las flexibilizaciones hay un hartazgo social del manejo del Covid. Tenemos una precandidata, que es la ministra de salud y todo lo de la pandemia será utilizado para política.»  Agregó.

En la última sección del PING PONG se le pregunto ¿Roberto Sánchez y Mariano Campero eran traidores? A lo que respondió “Yo creo que Campero y Sánchez no tuvieron el coraje suficiente”. También se le pregunto si ¿Bussi debería ser gobernador en 2023? “Es una decisión de él, pero creo que sería un buen gobernador”. Y por último se le pregunto si ¿José Cano y Silvia Elías de Pérez deberían jubilarse? “Hay un momento en la vida para todo, y que uno tiene que cumplir ciertas etapas, no sé si se tienen que jubilar o no, son decisiones de ellos. Pero deberían dar lugar a las nuevas generaciones, tener una mirada más colectivista”.
