En este marco, los mandatarios provinciales trataron una agenda de temas en común en pos de suprimir asimetrías y sentar bases para el despegue de la región. La actividad estuvo enmarcada dentro de la conmemoración por los 210 años del éxodo jujeño.
Estuvieron presentes el jefe de Gabinete de la Nación, Juan Manzur; el gobernador de Santiago del Estero y presidente pro témpore del Consejo Consultivo del Norte Grande, Gerardo Zamora; el gobernador de Jujuy y anfitrión del encuentro, Gerardo Morales; y los gobernadores de Salta, Gustavo Sáenz; de Formosa, Gildo Insfrán; de Catamarca, Raúl Jalil; de Chaco, Jorge Capitanich; de Corrientes, Gustavo Valdés; y de Misiones, Oscar Herrera Ahuad.
También participaron Flavia Royón, secretaria de Energía de la Nación; el ministro de Turismo y Deportes de la Nación, Matías Lammens; el secretario General del Consejo Federal de inversiones, Ignacio Lamothe; y la subsecretaria de Relaciones con las Provincias del Ministerio del Interior de la Nación, Paula Español.
Estuve en este encuentro en representación del gobernador de la Provincia, Osvaldo Jaldo, que por razones de agenda no pudo venir. Hoy debatimos las temáticas que nos afligen a todos los que somos del norte del país, como son las tarifas y las asimetrías que tenemos con CABA. En ese sentido, los vicegobernadores presentes seguimos las líneas de trabajo», dijo Mansilla.
Asimismo, remarcó: «Estamos convencidos de que en la unión de todos los gobernadores del norte conseguiremos que las asimetrías seas menores».
Con respecto a la presencia de funcionarios nacionales, Mansilla valoró que «las inquietudes que surgen de estos foros llegan al gobierno nacional a través de autoridades como el Jefe de Gabinete. Esta es la forma de encontrar las problemáticas que nos unen más allá de la ideología política de cada provincia y plantearlas a quien corresponda».
En ese sentido, los gobiernos provinciales llevaron adelante un plan de estrategia logística de la región, donde el Consejo Federal de Inversiones (CFI) ha realizado un relevamiento y análisis de los estados de las rutas, los ferrocarriles, los puertos y pasos fronterizos, para tener un diagnóstico de la logística y evaluar la concreción de un plan que permita potenciar los corredores bioceánicos, el transporte ferroviario, carretero y multimodal con el fin de mejorar la economía de toda la región. A raíz de ello, varios ministros provinciales y representantes de las provincias realizaron esta semana una misión técnica del Norte Grande a Chile para poder adentrarse en el conocimiento de los pasos fronterizos y los puertos del país vecinos.
Por otro lado, en el encuentro de este martes continuaron con algunas temáticas ya planteadas como la Agencia de Promoción de Inversiones y Comercio Exterior de la Región, la Ley de Garantía de Inversiones y una misión a Estados Unidos para continuar en la búsqueda de inversiones y generación de empleo genuino para el norte argentino.
También, los gobernadores también trataron la creación de un régimen promocional de fomento al deporte que permitirá llevar adelante una política de estado regional conjunta, generando oportunidades de esparcimiento y de crecimiento para los niños, niñas y jóvenes del Norte Grande, así como también, de oportunidades laborales.
Mansilla, por último, destacó el acto por el Éxodo Jujeño: «Es una fecha importante para todos los argentinos. Con actos importantes hoy recordamos gran epopeya de los habitantes de esta provincia».
Tarifas
Los primeros mandatarios avanzaron con la Secretaría de Energía en la segmentación de tarifas y cómo sería en cada provincia. Los gobernadores del NEA, de Capitanich, Insfrán y Valdés, solicitaron tener en cuenta la segmentación de la luz sobre todo en los meses de verano con las altas temperaturas de la región y teniendo en cuenta que son electrodependientes. Capitanich afirmó que “durante el verano pasado las provincias del NEA tuvimos colapsos energéticos y hemos solicitado un estudio de consumo y nos parece muy importante tenerlo para prever cómo serán los consumos.
En ese sentido, Insfrán remarcó que la segmentación de los 550 kilowatts es adecuada para el invierno pero no para el verano que debería ser de 750 kilowatts. “Formosa es electrodependiente como las otras provincias del NEA y si no se considera este factor con mucha atención, la gente va a pagar tres veces más.” También, el gobernador de Corrientes se sumó a este pedido de avanzar en un esquema razonable de tarifas sobre todo para el verano.
Royón aseguró que lo están trabajando y señaló que los límites de consumo son mensuales y están en estudio para los meses de verano. Así como también, llevó tranquilidad al afirmar que están monitoreando permanentemente el abastecimiento de combustible y está abastecido.

Durante la conferencia de prensa que se realizó luego del debate, Manzur expresó que “estos encuentros tienen que ver con mejorar la calidad de vida de nuestra gente, del norte argentino. El Gobierno Nacional acompañará este tipo de decisiones, en el marco de consenso y avanzando en la dirección que se propusieron los mandatarios” y agregó: “queremos que el norte argentino despegue a un destino de grandeza”.
Durante el encuentro con la prensa, el gobernador de Santiago del Estero confirmó que el próxima 9 de septiembre se llevará a cabo la Expo Norte Grande en la provincia de Chaco, “donde también concretaremos la primera reunión de nuestra agencia de promoción e inversiones y de comercio exterior Norte Grande”.
“Para ir cerrando- dijo Zamora- y en el nombre de las provincias, quiero expresar el agradecimiento al pueblo hermano de Jujuy, que nos ha permitido estar acá en un día que nos recuerda esta gesta enorme y valiente que llevó a cabo este pueblo. Nos importa avanzar en un camino que reivindique a este sector de la Patria, que casualmente dio nacimiento, identidad y conformación al país”.
