Clausura comercios en Tafí del Valle por deudas tributarias
Las nuevas medidas de clausura e intimación que dispuso la Intendencia de Tafí del Valle contra comercios agitó la bronca de sus propietarios: la orden es exigir a los comerciantes que trabajaron durante la cuarentena que se pongan al día con las deudas tributarias.
Los comerciantes consideraron que la actitud de la municipalidad “es totalmente inoportuna” a partir de la grave crisis que enfrenta la mayoría al paralizarse el turismo.
Los dueños de los locales se reunieron el viernes para debatir la actitud asumida por el intendente Francisco Caliva. A través de una declaración pública, denunciaron las nuevas medidas de clausura y la irregular situación de algunos que no pueden acceder a los expedientes que dieron lugar a esa sanción para ejercer su defensa.
Rechazaron los argumentos esgrimidos por la secretaria de Gobierno Beatriz Centeno, porque entienden que la tesitura municipal responde a la “angustiante situación financiera del municipio ante la falta de recaudación”.
“Tenemos conocimiento que de los $37 millones que recibe Tafí del Valle de la Provincia, le queda un remanente de alrededor de $12 millones mensuales. Además, en el verano recibió $20 millones de aportes no reintegrables”, precisaron los comerciantes.
“Mal puede hablar la funcionaria de situación angustiante ante los ingresos que tiene desde el Gobierno provincial y cuando ahora por el Día del Padre organiza sorteos con premios que superan los $300.000”, añadieron en un parte que lleva la firma de Horacio Pilo, entre otros.Los comerciantes también se quejaron por el compromiso incumplido de Centeno de convocar a una reunión el martes pasado en el que se iba a discutir la situación de la actividad.
“En ningún momento nadie nos llamó desde la intendencia”, afirmó Pilo. Los comerciantes coincidieron en exigir a Caliva una urgente moratoria.
Luna Hamburger, de la casa de té Flor de Sauco, contó que el lunes amaneció con la amarga noticia de que su local comercial había sido clausurado.
“Aunque posteriormente me levantaron la medida, al formular un planteo ante la intendencia, quedó la bronca y la sensación de apriete en un momento en que nos estamos esforzando sobremanera para mantener una fuente laboral que tuvo que cambiar la estrategia de venta para seguir adelante”, comentó.
“En esta circunstancia de pandemia, a nivel nacional se adoptan decisiones a favor del sostenimiento del trabajo. Sin embargo aquí éstas no son consecuentes con las que se adoptan desde la intendencia” advirtió la empresaria.
La edil Jésica Yapura Astorga salió en defensa de los comerciantes: acusó a Caliva de incurrir en “una falta de consideración y criterio” en el manejo de la situación de crisis que enfrenta el sector.
También advirtió que el titular de la municipalidad está ignorando una ordenanza que emitió el cuerpo en abril pasado y que dispone la suspensión hasta el año próximo de reclamos de pagos de impuestos de los comerciantes morosos.

Persigue a los comerciantes y también a algunos de sus propios empleados”.Yapura Astorga adelantó que los concejales de su bloque, la próxima semana se reunirán en el afán de ir definiendo un protocolo que atienda una eventual apertura del movimiento turístico en los valles.
