Combustibles: el gobierno confirmó un nuevo aumento de hasta un 4%
El incremento en naftas y gasoil se aplicará desde el 1 de octubre y obedece a un “descongelamiento programado” del precio, según confirmó la secretaria de Energía, Flavia Royón.
La Secretaria de Energía de la Nación, Flavia Royón, confirmó que a partir del 1° de octubre el precio de los combustibles aumentará entre el 1 y el 4% en todo el país. Las estaciones de servicio recibieron la autorización para aplicar el incremento en el precio, que se encuentra regulado y había sido congelado durante la pandemia.
Según informó la funcionaria del Ministerio de Economía, se trata de un “descongelamiento programado” en el precio de naftas y gasoil, acordado previamente con las empresas del sector.
La actualización del precio busca compensar un retraso que sólo abarca “dos trimestres de 2021 que en su momento se había tomado la decisión de congelar por la pandemia”, explicó Royón en diálogo con el programa No Dejes Para Mañana, de Radio Con Vos.
El último incremento de los combustibles había sido anunciado el 21 de agosto y se establecía en el orden del 7,5%. Los precios estimados en aquella oportunidad llevaban el litro de nafta súper a $130,05, nafta premium a $159,8, el gasoil a $135,7 y el gasoil premium a $185,5 en la región centro del país. La salvedad obedece a que el costo se encarece en otras regiones.
Sobre esos números se aplicaría entre el 1 y el 4% de aumento, según lo indicado por la secretaria Royón, aunque resta conocer el detalle según el producto.
La Secretaria de Energía Flavia Royon confirmó el descongelamiento del precio del combustible (Crédito: Gustavo Gavotti)La petrolera YPF explicó en agosto, al anunciar la evolución en los precios de sus productos, que se fijaba un incremento luego de un trimestre – el segundo de 2022 – en el que todas las variables en el proceso de producción se habían modificado y anticipaba que “luego de este ajuste continarían monitoreando las variables”.
Si se suma el porcentaje que adelantó la secretaria de energía Flavia Royón este jueves 29 de septiembre, el incremento en los combustibles acumulado en los últimos 12 meses alcanzaría un 45%. “La variación se encuentra por debajo de la evolución presentada por el Índice de Precios al Consumidor (IPC) y de los precios relativos de la economía”, remarcaron fuentes del sector petrolero en aquella oportunidad.
El gobierno busca “dar previsibilidad” a las inversiones en energía
Por otro lado, la secretaria de Energía Flavia Royón, que se incorporó al gobierno nacional con la llegada al Ministerio de Economía de Sergio Massa, explicó que la gestión actual busca consolidar como política de Estado un marco previsible para que se radiquen y desarrollen inversiones a largo plazo.
En esa dirección hizo referencia al potencial de las reservas hidrocarburíferas de Vaca Muerta, en la provincia de Neuquén, donde viene teniendo lugar un proceso paulatino de inversiones. Ese desarrollo tiene previsto un hito para el invierno de 2023, cuando el gobierno junto al sector privado apuntan a inaugurar el gasoducto Néstor Kirchner, que permitirá transportar energía que se produce en los yacimientos posibilitando abastecer de gas distintas regiones de la Argentina e incluso exportar el combustible.
“Es importante que en sectores como este haya consenso político y de desarrollo. Creo que Vaca Muerta lo tiene. El año que viene vamos a estar exportando gas y va a estar haciendo mucho por el autoabastecimiento del país”, remarcó Royón, quien se incorporó al gobierno nacional luego de desempeñarse en la misma área en la provincia de Salta.
En ese marco insistió en la necesidad de consolidar las reglas para las inversiones sin alterarlas en el corto plazo. “Argentina tiene que dar estas señales de seguridad jurídica y fiscal a largo plazo. Tenemos litio, plata, cobre, oro. En minería hay mucho por hacer en la Argentina. Compartimos la Cordillera con Chile y ellos exportan 17 veces más que nosotros”, cerró.
