Con Alberto fuera de juego, CFK y Massa van por la supervivencia del FdT

La Cámpora va a insistir con la intención de entronizar a Cristina en una candidatura por su tercera presidencia, aduciendo que lo de Alberto salió mal pero que con “La Jefa” se va a ir al hueso y en serio.

Terminó una semana germinada por la campaña incesante de subjetivas buenas noticias que Sergio Massa cultivó en los Estados Unidos. Los titulares mediáticos –de propios y extraños- se cansaron de destacar las novedades diarias que señalaban que el ministro de Economía conseguía dólares en cada una de sus reuniones y gestos a favor desde los organismos multilaterales de crédito que visitaba, como el FMI.

Mientras esto ocurría, el presidente Fernández prosiguió con sus agendas pasivas, esas que no representan más que reuniones con diputados, recorridas en obras públicas (sin terminar), vuelos a provincias gobernadas por oficialistas y promulgaciones de ley que lo muestran como un maestro de ceremonias con alto estatus institucional.

Los discursos del jefe de Estado cada vez pasan más desapercibidos, salvo cuando su verba, a la que sus propios colaboradores consideran errática, apunta cosas inexplicables, como por ejemplo, que EEUU tiene 900 por ciento de inflación, o le agrega a un medio extranjero –porque acá ya no da conferencias de prensa- que el siguiente magnicidio que tenía en mente la misteriosa “Banda de los Copitos”, estaba dirigido a él.

Lo cierto, es que en Balcarce 50 se nota cada vez más la disociación y el divorcio con la gente y la realidad. El extinto “albertismo”, que mantiene como a sus máximos referentes a Vilma Ibarra (Legal y Técnica), a la portavoz Gabriela Cerruti, Julio Vitobello (Secretaría de la Presidencia), y Juan Manuel Olmos (asesor y vicejefe de Gabinete), busca desesperadamente completar el mandato incierto y fallido de Fernández, quien desterrado del poder se cobija cada día más en la figura de Cristina Kirchner y sus circunstancias. “Alberto se entregó”, reconoció en el Patio de las Palmeras, uno de sus desencantados colaboradores.

Las amplias horas libres del titular del Ejecutivo le permiten mostrar el Palacio gubernamental a los grupos de estudiantes que visitan el histórico edificio y recibir a viejos amigos en su despacho para charlar durante horas entre almuerzos y sobremesas que ya forman parte del pasatiempo presidencial, algo que también consuma en la privacidad de Olivos.

Cada tanto se ve subir a sus oficinas a la vocera, ahora, con el fin de organizar su nuevo y próximo viaje a las tierras del Joe Biden que hasta ahora no lo recibió. Quienes soñaban con visitar el Salón Oval le insisten a Santiago Cafiero y a Jorge Argüello (Canciller y embajador en EEUU respectivamente).

Aunque parezca mentira, este es el tema que tiene más interesados a los ministros, gobernadores (y otros) que lo acompañarán -colisionando con la generación de empleo- eso que predicaba Silvina Batakis en su breve paso por la racionalidad de los elevadísimos costos que conllevan estos periplos absolutamente innecesarios; innecesarios porque, hasta ahora, no muestran más que la veta turística de los integrantes del FdT -en todas las variantes- pero no hay ningún resultado objetivo que beneficie al conjunto de los argentinos.

Después del investigado atentado a CFK se produjo un fenómeno que no se daba: las vocerías rosadas de las distintas dependencias en Casa de Gobierno (Jefatura de Gabinete, Ministerio de Interior y Presidencia) conjugan sus off the récords (poco determinantes) con los medios amigos o aquellos, que aunque “críticos”, prometen rápida difusión a cambio de suculentas pautas que administra el hombre que las bases camporistas cuestionan por su cercanía al Grupo Clarín, Juan Ross, que en verdad, no hace más que respetar la obediencia debida a su superior, el Presidente.

La búsqueda de buenos hoteles, garantizar rápidos y cómodos traslados y cuantiosos viáticos para la vasta comitiva es un asunto de Estado en la Rosada por estas horas, también, por supuesto, conseguir simbólicas postales para la tapa de los diarios y portales en Internet.

Es preocupante la inacción de todo el Frente de Todos, enfocado únicamente en imponer una desgastante idea de persecuciones terroristas y de discursos de odio contra sus integrantes, incluyendo a líderes de opinión afines. Algo que deja totalmente de lado administrar y solucionar los dramas que atraviesa una población que está llegando al 50 por ciento de pobres otra vez.

La lectura que hace el núcleo duro frentista es que merecen comprensión de quienes los votaron en el 2019, porque les tocó enfrentar una pandemia, una guerra en Europa y ahora un intento de asesinaro. El problema es que la sociedad sigue sufriendo los embates impiadosos de una inflación que avanza al ritmo del 78,5 por ciento interanual, según datos oficiales.

El 7% de agosto -con el acumulado anual de 56,4- es una mochila pesada en la que pone la atención la ciudadanía en estado de supervivencia. Las subas de luz, gas y agua llevaron a miles de argentinos a bajarse de los subsidios porque se les puso otro cepo a los quisieran comprar los mínimos 200 dólares para ahorrar, o lo que es peor, a los que tienen deudas en esa moneda, entre ellos quienes firmaron contratos de compra de inmuebles y se ven cada vez más atrapados en el “ajuste de Massa”, como los denominan a puertas cerradas, los propios frentistas desconcertados con el futuro.

El jueves por la tarde llegó la conferencia de prensa de Cerruti, a quien este cronista le recordó los injustos dichos de su rueda de la semana anterior: “Vamos a las preguntas, diez varones», había dicho la vocera antes de comenzar de contestar», y opinó: «Esta sala necesita trabajar en la equidad de género, porque en esta sala han sido sorteados diez hombres para hacer las preguntas”, fueron las palabras de Cerruti en la anterior conferencia cuando vio los nombres de periodistas habilitados para las consultas.

Fue por eso le recordamos el episodio y le señalamos: “Primero aclararle que desde que usted viene siempre hacemos un sorteo democrático en la sala de periodistas. A veces somos más hombres y otras veces mujeres, pero siempre los mismos”.

«Como vivimos en un mundo desigual para las mujeres, como todos sabemos, tenemos que pelear por diferentes circunstancias. Si usted tiene un sorteo que se realiza en un mundo mayoritariamente masculino, es obvio que va a salir así. Por lo tanto, cuando uno quiere impulsar cuestiones de género, se llega a determinados acuerdos por los que se dice ‘sí o sí tiene que haber un cupo de tantas mujeres’. A eso es a lo que me refería”, respondió Cerruti.

Ante eso le expresamos que “sería bueno que en 18 ministerios hubiera más de dos mujeres”. “Es un reclamo de todos los días”, respondió la vocera.

El debate continuó en relación a la temática inflacionaria, que Cerruti había abordado en una pregunta anterior “¿Usted sabe a cuánto está un litro de aceite? ¿Tiene una idea?”, le preguntamos. “No voy a discutir precio por precio. Hago compras. ¿Cuál es la pregunta?, contestó la funcionaria y le volvimos a consultar: “¿pero lo sabe, tiene una idea?.. ante el silencio de la funcionaria le expresamos que «el aceite está 770 pesos, la leche $180 y el pan $340”.

“¿Cuál es la pregunta Peralta por favor? inquirió cortante la portavoz. Y le manifestamos que los precios siguen subiendo y que el propio Presidente dijo en una nota que el plan de Precios Cuidados no sirve, ¿cuál va a ser la instancia concreta con la que va a enfrentar la suba de precios?, porque por más que demos buenas noticias si los precios no bajan..”, y Cerruti no le permitió continuar con el desarrollo de la consulta y sostuvo: “Le reitero que es la misma pregunta que su colega anterior, por lo que doy la misma respuesta: El Gobierno va a tomar medidas en el próximo tiempo. El ministro Massa que, en los primeros meses desde su asunción la inflación iba a permanecer en los mismos niveles y que en el último trimestre comenzará a tener otra variante. En ese sentido, está trabajando con el presidente Alberto Fernández”.

“La próxima vez sería bueno que democráticamente me deje terminar la pregunta. Le agradezco”. De esa manera respetuosa concluimos la participación en el convite de la vocería que cada vez resulta menos expeditiva de cara a las prioridades que tienen quienes viven en este país.

En las galerías del Poder se puede ver a segundas y terceras líneas del Gobierno que justifican sus altísimos salarios caminando pasillos sin rumbo, fumando en los patios internos mientras ríen preocupados de la compleja levedad de la coyuntura. Otros salen a los bares y restaurantes cercanos a intentar rosquear sobre las ruinas de lo que a la salida de Mauricio Macri, parecía un tiempo de, por lo menos, ocho años en el poder.

Otro dato anómalo, es que la misa oficialista en Luján dio paso a un extraño misticismo, que vale decir, a los propios kirchneristas, y especialmente a los massistas, les cuesta horrores sobreactuar. Los pocos que en los despachos de la sede del Ejecutivo perciben que el clima en la calle no se condice con lo que ven y escuchan en Gobierno, responden -por lo bajo y con gestos de ansiedad- a los requerimientos de la prensa acreditada.

En general, esos pocos advierten una inevitable derrota en 2023 y se preguntan cuál es el plan de la jefa del espacio que recibe encuestas propias que desalientan hasta a los más creyentes y devotos del «proyecto».

La foto del Massa triunfador rindiendo cuentas de su viaje a Alberto Fernández no produjo los efectos esperados, por el contrario, transmitió desasosiego, porque claro, cuando se ven los números de la economía no hay imagen que los contradiga. La microdevaluación del peso (a un 6% mensual) a través de la suba del dólar oficial persiste, la liquidación de los sojeros, a los que se les obsequió un billete verde a $200, no termina de frenar la crisis, sólo atenuarla.

El Presupuesto que se presentó en el Parlamento tiene metas complejas: 60% de inflación, 2% de crecimiento, déficit fiscal de 1,9% (lo pactado con el Fondo Monetario) y un dólar oficial a 269 pesos.

La suba de tasas es un espejismo que sólo promete llegar con oxígeno a fin de año, algunos menos optimistas señalan: “al Mundial”, devolviéndole al evento deportivo la fugacidad que en verdad tiene, más allá de los resultados de La Scalonetta. Es que de esos U$s 3900 millones que trae el tigrense hay que pagar 5.200 M de dólares, “y todo sigue igual o peor”, se anima a confesar un economista cristinista que acompaña siempre las rondas de las Madres de Plaza de Mayo los días jueves.

Los consejos del cotizado consultor catalán Antoni Gutiérrez-Rubí, van dirigidos a que Alberto Fernández repita hasta el cansancio el combo “Macrismo-Pandemia-Guerra-”, para que su período sea recordado como el de un presidente que enfrentó estos tres flagelos sin caer como otros mandatarios de partidos opositores.

Eso le daría plafón al peronismo para avanzar con una aspiración electoral que ya empezó a demostrar, por ejemplo, en la eliminación de las PASO en Salta, San Juan y Catamarca. Habrá que ver si en el año que queda el oficialismo se anima a hacerlo a nivel nacional, y si tiene apoyo de los opositores. La Ley de Lemas es una rémora del pasado que volvió, no por amor, sino por espanto a un desastre electoral.

La Cámpora va a insistir con la intención de entronizar a la senadora Kirchner en una candidatura por su tercera presidencia, aduciendo que lo de Alberto salió mal pero que con “La Jefa” se va a ir al hueso y en serio. Ella sabe que las cosas no están dadas para establecer ese escenario, pero sí para sostener a la tropa propia y retener poderío territorial con capacidad de veto para ejercer una fuerte oposición que en 2027 vuelva a ser una opción progresista competitiva.
