Condenaron a un femicida a 27 años de prisión

Tucumán: Nueve meses pasaron de aquel 22 de septiembre de 2019 cuando María Alejandra Coronel fue asesinada en su casa, ubicada en el barrio Las Palmeras, de Garmendia, al recibir varias puñaladas por parte de su ex pareja, Alejandro Robles. Tras un juicio abreviado, la familia de Alejandra conoció que el autor del homicidio fue condenado a 27 años de prisión.

Eduardo Ruffino, director ejecutivo del Cuerpo de Abogados para Víctimas de Violencia contra la Mujer, expresó que desde que tomaron contacto con los familiares de la víctima, brindaron una contención integral. “La asistencia que brinda el Cuerpo de Abogados, con su equipo interdisciplinario, es integral con una total aplicación de la perspectiva de género y de esa manera poder dar una cobertura general y amplia”.
María Ignacia Garnica, mamá de Alejandra, contó que acudió al Cuerpo de Abogados en busca de ayuda. “Una vecina me dijo que el cuerpo podía ayudarme. Estoy contenta, a pesar del dolor que estoy llevando, que se hizo justicia y le dieron 27 años de prisión”, expresó.
La mujer contó que el Cuerpo de Abogados “me acompañó en todo momento, estoy agradecida porque en esa situación no sabía qué iba a hacer. Estoy agradecida a la fiscal, a todos, porque en poco tiempo se hizo justicia”, indicó emocionada.
En cuanto al proceso judicial, Mónica Pérez, integrante del Cuerpo de Abogados, recordó el día en que María Ignacia llegó al centro. “Estaba desborda, el equipo interdisciplinario actuó de inmediato no solo desde lo jurídico, sino en contenerla y asistirla emocionalmente”, sostuvo.
Hemos patrocinado jurídicamente a la madre de Alejandra en las etapas correspondientes. A través de un juicio abreviado se conoció la condena de 27 años en contra del señor Robles, quien fue encontrado autor, penalmente responsable, a través de un reconocimiento del hecho”, explicó Pérez.
En ese sentido, Ruffino agregó que la causa fue elevada a juicio por la Fiscalía Especializada en Homicidios II, subrogada por Adriana Giannoni y, luego, actuó el Tribunal Unipersonal brindando una sentencia de la Sala VI, de Stella Maris Arce.
“Rescatamos el hecho que se hizo justicia, rescatamos el testimonio de la mamá de Alejandra Coronel que nos ayuda a visibilizar esta problemática, a que se tome conciencia de este tema tan grave respecto de las mujeres”, aseveró el titular del Cuerpo de Abogados.

Al recordar la situación que le tocó afrontar y a su hija, María Ignacia reflexionó: “Les digo a las mujeres que pasan por alguna situación de violencia, que sigan luchando, que hay justicia para las mujeres. No quiero más femicidios, no quiero que los niños queden sin madre, porque es un dolor inmenso”, dijo entre lágrimas la mujer.

Al finalizar, Ruffino recordó que las personas que deseen recibir asistencia por los profesionales, pueden acercarse de lunes a viernes, de 8:30 a 12:30 horas, a Chacabuco 476, o al 4557236 que funciona como guardia permanente. “Estamos atendiendo casos presenciales, y brindando turnos, respetando las normas sanitarias. Además están abiertos como canales de comunicación nuestras redes sociales y todas las vías digitales”, cerró el director.
El hecho

La noche de aquel 22 de septiembre de 2019, Alejandra Coronel se encontraba en su casa junto a sus dos hijos, su padre, hermanos y
otros familiares. A la vivienda llegó la expareja de la joven, Alejandro Robles.

Primero, el agresor hirió con un cuchillo al primo de Alejandra, luego ingresó a la casa. Fue en esos momentos cuando apuñaló a la joven, quien se encontraba en una de las habitaciones junto a uno de sus hijos y un hermano.

Alejandra murió en el lugar. Los familiares de la víctima lograron reducir a Robles, quien fue condenado días atrás a 27 años de prisión.
