Según contó la conductora del canal América Tucumán, en la vivienda de barrio Los Apóstoles, en Las Talitas, se encontraba ella con su bebé de 15 meses y su hija, de 15 años.
Cerca de las 17, la menor comenzó a escuchar cómo el delincuente rompía la puerta de entrada de la casa y se asomó al comedor a ver qué ocurría. Al darse cuenta, corrió a buscar a su madre. Trejo, con el bebé en brazos fue hasta el sitio y se dio con el delincuente en plena acción.
De acuerdo a su relato, Trejo alcanzó a decirle «¿qué hacés? no me robés» y el ladrón, entonces, le apuntó con un arma de fuego y le respondió «no te acerques, que te voy a meter un tiro». La periodista tenía a su bebé en brazos.
El ladrón, tras amenazarla, tomó un bolso de ropa, una plancha, su billetera y abandonó el lugar. En la calle, indicó Trejo, se sumó un cómplice. La mujer y su hija quedaron en estado de shock.
El barrio, aseguró la periodista, es sumamente peligroso. De hecho, aseguró, no es el primer asalto de estas características: «la semana pasada entraron a la par de mi casa y la anterior, en la esquina», indicó.
Laura Trejo se desempeña como periodista en el programa Más Noticias, que se emite por América Tucumán de lunes a viernes de 9.30 a 12.30. Tiene una amplia trayectoria en diversos medios radiales de la provincia.
