El padrastro de Chano contradijo la versión de la madre y contó que se tuvieron que esconder en un auto ante el ataque del músico
La actual pareja de Marina Charpentier relató cómo fueron las últimas horas del músico antes del disparo del policía. La causa pasó a la UFI de Campana, a cargo del fiscal José Martín Zocca.
En medio de la polémica por las declaraciones de la madre de Santiago «Chano» Charpentier (39), que acusó a un policía de 27 años de haberle disparado «sin motivo» a su hijo, su pareja y un tío del cantante que fueron testigos del hecho señalaron que su comportamiento «era violento».
En declarariones a la Justicia, los familiares de «Chano» señalaron que el comportamiento del músico «era violento» momentos antes de recibir un disparo en el abdomen.
Los mismos testigos dijeron que el ex líder de la banda Tan Biónica también agredió a su madre, Marina Charpentier, en su casa del barrio privado Parque La Verdad, ubicado en la localidad bonaerense de Exaltación de la Cruz.
Este martes por la mañana, «Chano» continuaba internado en el Sanatorio Otamendi, tras haber sido sometido a cirugías en las que le extirparon el bazo, un riñón y parte del páncreas.
El policía que intervino en el incidente con Chano Charpentier se recibió en 2015 y tiene 27 años.
Fuentes judiciales precisaron que el padrastro y un tío de Chano declararon ante el fiscal de la causa, Juan Manuel Esperante, a cargo de la Unidad Funcional de Instrucción (UFI) de Exaltación de la Cruz, que el músico tuvo un «comportamiento violento». Esas declaraciones se sumaron a las de otras seis personas que estuvieron en el lugar al momento del incidente.
Aún resta la declaración del policía que disparó. A media mañana de este martes, la causa pasó a manos del fiscal José Martín Zocca, de la UFI N°1 de Campana, por la actuación de un funcionario público (policía) y el nuevo encuadre en Delitos Complejos.
«El padrastro y un tío fueron claros y contundentes sobre el comportamiento violento de ‘Chano’«, señaló un investigador con acceso a la causa. El mismo vocero indicó que los testigos coincidieron en que antes de recibir un disparo en el abdomen por parte de un policía, el artista agredió a su madre en la casa, comportamiento que reiteró en la ambulancia en la que era llevado al sanatorio porteño.
La madre de «Chano» había asegurado que su hijo no le había hecho nada, motivo por el cual ahora se aguarda a que declare como testigo ante el fiscal cuando se encuentre en condiciones de hacerlo.
Si bien por el momento no surge del expediente que el policía que baleó al músico se haya excedido en su accionar, los investigadores no descartan nada y continúan con la recolección de evidencias.
«Chano» está internado en grave estado en el Sanatorio Otamendi.
Este lunes se realizó una inspección en la casa de «Chano», donde se secuestró marihuana en poca cantidad y varios fármacos.
Qué dijo el padrastro
Clarín tuvo acceso a la declaración de Oscar José Ottonello, padrastro de «Chano», en la que relata que desde el viernes a la tarde se encontraron (él y su mujer, Marina Charpentier) con una situación compleja respecto a la salud del músico.
El primer llamado a OSDE fue a las 20.30 de ese día. En la comunicación solicitaron una ambulancia con personal psiquiátrico, pero tras una hora de espera y cuando llegaron tres ambulancias, observaron que ninguno era de esa especialidad. Todo clínicos.
La situación tuvo un impasse el domingo 25, cuando a las 22 se volvió a solicitar la presencia de un psiquiatra porque «Chano nuevamente se encontraba fuera de sí y muy agresivo». A las 22.45 llegó el especialista. Tras hacer un relevamiento de la escena, pide una ambulancia de apoyo con un médico clínico, para efectivizar el traslado.

Allí comienza la secuencia más agresiva. El psiquiatra, de acuerdo al relato de Ottonello, trató de hablar con «Chano» pero esa intención enfureció completamente a Charpentier. Llaman a la policía. La mamá de «Chano» y su pareja se meten en un auto, para resguardarse de los ataques del músico, pero éste «egresa de la finca y comienza a golpear la parte trasera del vehículo con un objeto contundente», según el testimonio.
El hombre detalló también que Marina le había contado que cuando estaba con «Chano» y el psiquiatra, un rato antes, ante la agresividad de su hijo había intentado escapar y se resbaló, cayendo al piso. «Es en ese instante que ‘Chano’ le propina patadas, no precisándole la zona…», contó Ottonello.
Los detalles pasan al momento en el que llegan los policías. «Seguidamente escucho demasiados gritos y un estruendo a lo que podía ser un disparo» y oye a su mujer decir «cómo le vas a pegar un tiro».
