Desarrollarán un encuentro de mujeres inspirado en vivencias personales
La propuesta forma parte de las actividades enmarcadas en el Mes de la Mujer.
Es necesario propiciar espacios de escucha y acompañamiento para impulsar políticas publicas que impulsen el liderazgo femenino y garanticen la participación colectiva, en este sentido se desarrollará el encuentro Mujeres en Gestión.
La jornada es abierta y tendrá lugar el jueves 9 a partir de las 18 en la Sociedad Antoniana, ubicada en Bartolomé Mitre 351. Donde podrán todas la taficeñas interesadas en conocer y compartir sus experiencias personales en los ámbitos laborales, profesionales o de militancia.
Dentro de la propuesta habrá una mesa panel integrada por funcionarias, militantes territoriales y figuras femeninas destacadas de la provincia, entre las que se encuentran:
- Sandra Tirado, secretaria de Salud de la Nación.
- Mercedes Leal, vicerrectora de la Universidad Nacional de Tucumán.
- Alejandra Rodriguez, coordinadora del Punto Anses de Tafí Viejo.
La perspectiva de género debe ser una política de Estado. Por eso, esta iniciativa surge de la necesidad de visibilizar las barreras y obstáculos que se deben atravesar para poder llegar a ocupar cargos ejecutivos, con el objetivo de aportar a un debate que favorezca la igualdad en nuestra sociedad.
En tanto, participarán candidatas a concejal de la ciudad e intendentas de otros municipios.
