Desde hoy el pan tiene un nuevo aumento
La Federación Argentina de la Industria del Pan y Afines confirmó que por el impacto de la inflación en los insumos y en los fletes, el kilo del producto costará en promedio 120 pesos.
La harina aumentó 7% en los últimos días y la Federación Argentina de la Industria del Pan y Afines (Faipa) indicó que mediante un comunicado se formalizará la suba del kilo de pan y el resto de las manufacturas.
Tanto desde Faipa como desde Cámara de Industriales Panaderos de Tucumán y su par de Rosario remarcaron que, además de la suba del costo de la harina, se incrementaron entre un 5% y un 8% las grasas y margarinas.
Gerardo Di Cosco, titular de la cámara rosarina indicó que “Los molinos quieren llevar la bolsa de 50 kilos de harina a 2.000 pesos (hoy está en alrededor de 1.700 pesos) y estamos en un momento que históricamente tiende a bajar”.
En tanto, Pablo Albertus, titular de la entidad tucumana detalló «Fue una buena cosecha pero los productores están reacios a la venta y los molinos no completan los stocks». En el NOA la suba del pan puede llegar al 15%, agregó Albertus.
Por su parte el presidente de la Cámara de Panaderos de La Pampa, Eduardo Duscher, aseguró que esta semana el kilo de pan y los productos panificados sufrirán un aumento, «vamos a tratar de reunirnos y sugerir algún precio que no creo que vaya más allá de 100 ó 120 pesos el kilo porque sino no podemos trabajar» finalizó.
