Diputado de La Cámpora cerca del juicio oral por el “Vacunatorio VIP”
Se trata del chubutense Santiago Igon, quien recibió la primera dosis de la Sputnik V en febrero de 2021 anotado como “personal de salud”. La Cámara de Comodoro Rivadavia confirmó su procesamiento por el delito de dádivas.
La Cámara Federal de Comodoro Rivadavia confirmó el procesamiento por dádivas del diputado nacional Santiago Igon (FdT – Chubut) por haber sido vacunado en medio del escándalo del “vacunatorio vip” en plena pandemia en febrero del 2021.
El camporista fue anotado como “personal de salud” en el Registro Federal de Vacunación y la autorización para su inoculación fue dada por el jefe de Programas Sanitarios del Área Programática Esquel, Emiliano Biondo, quien invocó que el diputado era personal estratégico.
En ese contexto, la Cámara Federal de Comodoro Rivadavia confirmó su procesamiento y replicó: “La referencia a funcionarios del Estado, debía circunscribirse a aquellos que cumplían actividades de gestión, esenciales para asegurar los servicios imprescindibles”.
“No desconocemos que la actividad de un diputado no se limita a las sesiones, pero si tal acto, el de mayor trascendencia en esa función, ofrecía la alternativa remota, el resto de las tareas era posible instrumentarla de igual modo, máxime si el congresal presentaba patologías de riesgo para COVID”, agregó el Tribunal con la firma de los jueces Javier Leal de Ibarra y Aldo Suárez.
Igon es diputado nacional por Chubut desde el 2015 y tras ser denunciado fue procesado en primera instancia por el juez federal Guido Otranto, lo que ahora confirma la Cámara Federal de Comodoro Rivadavia.
Junto al diputado, la Justicia procesó a Biondo por presentación de dádivas: “En su caso, el reproche se funda en que tuvo el dominio del hecho y se valió para su ejecución de la conducta de Pellejeros (una enfermera) quien, como se explicó, vacunó a Igon desconociendo el motivo por el que fue priorizado”.
“A diferencia de ello, Biondo dispuso la inmunización con pleno conocimiento de que no correspondía, en consideración al cargo de diputado nacional que el funcionario ejercía, para lo cual se sirvió de la intervención instrumentalizada de otro, que actuó sin dolo”, sostuvo el Tribunal.
El diputado recibió aquel 17 de febrero una primera dosis de la vacuna rusa Sputnik y como prueba en la causa están los chats en donde él le reclama una vacuna a Biondo, también acusado de facilitarla.
