Diputados del Pro junto a ONGs y federaciones presentaron un petitorio contra el recorte en discapacidad
Con el petitorio buscan que se regularicen el circuito de pagos y que se establezca un parámetro objetivo y previsible para el aumento de nomenclador.
Diputados del Pro junto a más de 50 ONGs y federaciones que brindan servicios para personas con discapacidad, se presentaron este martes en la Cámara de Diputados de la Nación para pedir la intervención de los legisladores frente al incumplimiento del Gobierno Nacional en todo lo vinculado al sistema de pago de las prestaciones para personas con discapacidad.
Estuvieron presentes los diputados Victoria Morales Gorleri, Dina Rezinovsky, Silvia Lospennato, Mercedes Joury, Alejandro Finochiaro, María Luján Rey, Soher El Sukaria, entre otros.
La secretaria de la Comisión de Discapacidad de la Cámara baja, Dina Rezinovsky, expresó: “Me pareció que un encuentro muy productivo, en el que recibimos el petitorio de las organizaciones que vienen luchando por sus derechos, y pudimos escucharlos con el compromiso que lo venimos haciendo, comprometiéndonos a trabajar para solucionar tantos años de silencio en discapacidad”.
Por su parte, Morales Gorleri quien fue una de las encargadas de recibir la misiva, afirmó: “Como bloque estamos muy preocupados por la situación que están atravesando las personas con discapacidad, tomamos este petitorio con compromiso y convicción porque sabemos que estamos en un estadio de crisis absoluta”.
“El Gobierno debe actuar ya e implementar políticas públicas serias, sostenibles y efectivas que resuelvan los problemas estructurales que impiden que las personas con discapacidad hagan realidad su deseo y ejerzan su derecho a vivir de forma independiente, digna y en pie de igualdad en la sociedad”, exigió.
Durante la entrega del petitorio, las organizaciones aseguraron que “las personas con discapacidad están solas. Estamos en estado de emergencia, hicimos silencio mucho tiempo y ahora estamos alzando la voz”.
En relación a la situación crítica que está atravesando el sector, y que pone en riesgo los servicios y prestaciones que reciben, los impulsores del petitorio buscan que se regularicen el circuito de pagos y que se establezca un parámetro objetivo y previsible para el aumento de nomenclador que actualmente va muy por detrás de la inflación.
También exigen que se clarifique y haga efectivo el circuito de pago para aquellas prestaciones que ha asumido la Agencia Nacional de Discapacidad (ANDIS) para afiliados que no pertenecen a Incluir Salud, como es el caso de un sector de PAMI del que sostienen que “resulta indispensable ante los rumores de que la ANDIS asumirá́ el control de los pagos de todas las prestaciones en discapacidad”.
Participaron representantes de la Federación Argentina de Organizaciones sin Fines de Lucro de y para personas con Discapacidad (FEDEDIS) e instituciones adherentes, entre ellos Daniel Masuzzo y Marcela Kriskovich, de la Asociación de prestadores organizados; Mariel Postolow, de Fundación Solar de Integración; Fermin Murall, Fundación Nosotros; Mario Lovato y Melina Lovato, Creciendo con los Ángeles, entre otros.
