Si bien la Policía de Tucumán cuenta con numerosas empleadas calificadas y que ocupan importantes cargos, es la primera vez en la historia de la fuerza provincial, que dos mujeres estarán al frente de una dependencia policial, en este caso, de la comisaría de San Pedro de Colalao, del departamento Trancas. Se trata de la primera jefa, la comisario Paola Lobo, secundada por la subcomisario Gabriela Valdéz.
El jefe de la Unidad Regional Norte (URN), Joaquín Girvau, destacó el trabajo y la trayectoria de ambas mujeres, que fueron elegidas para el cargo: “Esta reunión es para poner en funciones a las nuevas jefas que tendrá la comisaría de San Pedro de Colalao, una medida propuesta por esta regional, consensuada con Jefatura de Policía”.
«Se trata de dos empleadas que tienen vasta experiencia. Trabajaron en diferentes áreas de la zona y de capital, como comisarías de la Regional Oeste. Son aptas y cuentan con la capacidad necesaria para comandar en una dependencia”, aseguró.Girvau agregó que “sin duda se tomó en cuenta la experiencia que tienen en comisarías, el poder de decisión, la impronta y la actitud en cada etapa que vienen cumpliendo. Solo queda agregar que esta es la primera dependencia a nivel provincia que pone a dos mujeres a cargo de esta función”.
Por su parte, la flamante comisario se refirió a su nuevo cargo: “Quiero agradecer a mis superiores y al jefe por habernos designado para esta función que es un gran desafío para nosotras. Quiero aclarar que con mi compañera venimos trabajando en diferentes comisarías con funciones de jefe pero es la primera vez que estamos las dos juntas a cargo de una comisaría”, subrayó.
