Ediles proponen que se prohíban las pintadas con propaganda política en Concepción
Los concejales Mazzuco y Jimenez proponen que se prohíban la colocación de afiches y las pintadas electorales en el espacio público. La iniciativa prevé que los infractores deberán recuperar y embellecer el lugar dañado, además de realizar donación de pintura a establecimientos educativos de la ciudad.
Los concejales Katherina Mazzuco y Gabriel Jiménez (Bloque Recuperemos Tucumán) presentaron un proyecto de ordenanza en el HCD de Concepción tendiente a prohibir la colocación de afiches y pintadas referente a propaganda, publicidad y campaña política sobre el espacio público.
Fundamentan el mencionado proyecto en la necesidad de «cuidar, proteger y trabajar para garantizar a los vecinos una ciudad limpia y ordenada». Asimismo sostienen que «los reclamos de los ciudadanos son constantes respecto de la invasión del espacio público y la contaminación visual que producen los diferentes tipos de propaganda, pintadas y pegatinas de afiches que dañan y perjudican bienes de la ciudad».
En ese sentido los ediles plantean que, con el fin de preservar el entorno urbano – ambiental, la próxima campaña electoral deberá estar basada en tareas y actividades sostenibles, es decir, en ideas creativas para transmitir propuestas de manera amigable y agradable a los vecinos, con el objetivo de llevar a su mínima expresión el impacto que genera en la ciudad.
“Además de compromisos personales, necesitamos que los futuros candidatos y las fuerzas políticas sean responsables y trabajen de manera creativa para acercar sus propuestas a los ciudadanos. Ver un nombre pintado en una parada de colectivos causa indignación y rechazo”, resaltó la concejal Mazzuco.
En ese marco, la iniciativa enuncia que se entiende como «espacio público» a los refugios de paradas de colectivos, establecimientos educativos, bancos y cestos de plazas, monumentos, cementerio municipal, postes, semáforos, cordones de veredas, calles, carteleria vial e informativa, y todo otro elemento de equipamiento urbano. También establece sanciones para aquellas personas físicas o jurídicas que resulten responsables.
«Es imperioso que desde el Concejo Deliberante desarrollemos normas que vayan emparejadas a las necesidades y los reclamos de la sociedad para concientizar y promover un cambio de cultura en estas prácticas», señalaron los concejales.
Campaña para cuidar el espacio público
Días atrás trascendió la campaña de la Asociación Civil Meta Tucumán, con el fin de promover un embellecimiento y cuidado del espacio público principalmente haciendo hincapié en el fomento y compromiso de actuales funcionarios y dirigentes para desterrar las tradicionales pintadas electorales.
