El 6 de diciembre se conocerá el veredicto de la causa Vialidad

Así lo anunció el Tribunal Oral Federal 2 tras escuchar las ultimas palabras de la vicepresidenta.
El Tribunal Oral Federal 2 dará a conocer el próximo martes 6 de diciembre, por la tarde, la sentencia en la causa por el juicio Vialidad, en donde está acusada la vicepresidenta Cristina Kirchner y con un pedido de condena a doce años de prisión. Así se anunció en la audiencia de esta mañana, luego de escuchar las últimas palabras de la ex jefa de Estado.
Después de que la vicepresidenta de la Nación hablara y dijera sus “últimas palabras” el presidente del Tribunal Rodrigo Giménez Uriburu les ofreció a otros tres imputados hacer uso de esa posibilidad procesal. Héctor Jesús Garro, Carlos Santiago Kirchner y José López se negaron a hablar ante el Tribunal Oral Federal 2.
De ese modo Gorini anunció las últimas dos audiencias del juicio. El próximo lunes a las 9.30 podrá hacer uso de la palabra Raúl Pavesi, Nelson Periotti y José Santibañes. El martes 6 a las 9.30 será el turno de Juan Carlos Villafañe. Cuando ese imputado hable o decida no hablar habrá finalizado esta etapa del juicio y los jueces tendrán que dar su veredicto. Es decir que el martes probablemente por la tarde se conocerá el fallo de los jueces Giménez Uriburu , Jorge Gorini y Andrés Basso.
