“Anunciamos a las autoridades de la UNT y de la UTN que el BEG funcionará este año”, expresó Jaldo.

Esta mañana, el Vicegobernador, CPN Osvaldo Jaldo, se reunió con autoridades de la Universidad Nacional de Tucumán, encabezados por el Vicerrector Ing. Sergio Pagani, y de la Universidad Tecnológica Nacional, encabezados por el Decano, Ing. Walter Fabián Soria, con el objetivo de comenzar a darle forma al Boleto Estudiantil Gratuito.

También estuvieron presentes el Presidente Subrogante del Poder Legislativo, Regino Amado, y los Legisladores miembros de la Comisión de Educación, Adriana Najar, Walter Berarducci. Sandra Mendoza, Carlos Gómez, Armando Cortalezzi y Juan Rojas.
En primer lugar, Jaldo  manifestó: “Anunciamos oficialmente a las autoridades de las altas casas de estudio que el Boleto Estudiantil Gratuito se implementará este año, en función de cómo se vaya recuperando el sistema presencial”. Luego, agregó: “Queremos llevar tranquilidad a todo el estudiantado, garantizando su implementación”.
Seguidamente, el Vicegobernador indicó: “La situación que se está viviendo producto de la pandemia es muy difícil, pero en algún momento volveremos a la normalidad. La situación sanitaria nos irá indicando la presencialidad en cada uno de los establecimientos educativos.”
Por otro lado, Fabián Soria destacó la iniciativa de la Legislatura de ratificar la implementación del BEG: “Esta decisión tiene un impacto muy fuerte para todos los estudiantes. Entendemos que la presencialidad va a ir evolucionando, según como se desarrolle la pandemia”.
A su vez, Pagani afirmó: “Esperamos que se supere esta pandemia y volvamos a la presencialidad de manera gradual. El Boleto es un gran aporte, que significa un alivio económico.

Realizaremos un doble trabajo operativo, sumando a los estudiantes que vuelvan a las clases presenciales a lo largo del año”.
Finalmente, Amado explicó que “esta iniciativa favorece, sobre todo, a los jóvenes del interior de la provincia. Queremos llevarles la tranquilidad a aquellos que quieran emprender una carrera universitaria, que contarán este año con este beneficio”
