El Concejo Deliberante pide declarar nulo el estacionamiento privatizado en San Miguel de Tucumán
Este martes, el Concejo Deliberante de San Miguel de Tucumán aprobó un proyecto de resolución que solicita a la Municipalidad que conduce el intendente Germán Alfaro que deje sin efecto el contrato de adjudicación del estacionamiento pago. Los ediles del Frente de Todos y Fuerza Republicana denunciaron irregularidades en la asignación del mismo.
Estacionamiento privatizado: $5.000.000 diarios extrae la app contratada por la Municipalidad
El proyecto aprobado solicita también la realización de un nuevo pliego de licitación para el estacionamiento pago en la ciudad: fue promovido por la bancada Frente de Todos, con alocuciones de José Luis Coronel, David Mizrahi, Gonzalo Carrillo Leito, Ernesto Nagle y Emiliano Vargas Aignasse. Para ser aprobado, contó con el apoyo del bloque Fuerza Republicana.
La bancada Juntos por el Cambio votó en contra de la normativa arguyendo que se trataba de una maniobra política, con discursos que defendieron la gestión de los ediles Cristian Petersen, Agustín Romano Norri, José «Lucho» Argañaraz, Rodolfo «Johny» Ávila y Daniel Alfaro, que solicitaron que se archive el proyecto.
A pesar del pedido de nulidad del estacionamiento pago, la Municipalidad recibió buenas noticias desde el Concejo: hoy se aprobó por unanimidad una ampliación de la ejecución presupuestaria del 25%.
El presupuesto general para el ejercicio en curso fijaba erogaciones por $ 25.886 millones. Tras la sanción de la ordenanza, se concedió un aumento de $ 6.490 millones para la administración de Alfaro.
Se sancionaron también sendas ordenanzas para la Creación del Programa de Reducción de Brecha Digital en Adultos Mayores, promovida por Belén Espinosa; Disponer espacios de Estacionamiento Vehicular reservados a personas con Discapacidad motriz, impulsada por Espinosa; y una adhesión a la ley de promoción de turismo accesible con la creación de un registro de prestadores de turismo accesible, promovido por la bancada Fuerza Republicana (Espinosa, Eduardo Verón Guerra, Ramiro Ortega y Liliana Leiva); entre otros.
Fernando Juri: «Respetamos la decisión de la Justicia»
Fernando Juri, presidente del Concejo Deliberante de San Miguel de Tucumán y consejero del Partido Justicialista, se expresó respecto al fallo de la Justicia que habilita al Poder Ejecutivo a que pueda fijarse la fecha de las elecciones provinciales de 2023 en junio, coincidiendo con la fecha del comicio en 2019, y rechazó las críticas de referentes de la oposición respecto a la sentencia.
«He realizado la presentación en la Justicia solicitando la inconstitucionalidad de un artículo de la Constitución Provincial porque se ven afectados los derechos de los tucumanos que deberán votar dos veces en un mes, con la PASO nacionales y la convocatoria provincial», expuso Juri.
