El fin de semana largo detuvieron a 50 personas por violar restricciones
Los procedimientos se llevaron a cabo en el marco de las disposiciones del Comité Operativo de Emergencia (COE), a causa del alarmante incremento en el número de casos de COVID 19 en nuestra provincia, lo que motivó operativos policiales más estrictos para evitar la circulación de personas y las reuniones no permitidas. Por parte del MPF, la Fiscalía de Salud Pública, a cargo de Calor Picón, también participó de los recorridos en diferentes sectores, los que derivaron en decenas de aprehensiones, además de la clausura de locales, entre otras novedades.
Las tareas
En ese marco de situación el Ministerio Fiscal comunicó que, en la noche del domingo 16 de agosto, se produjo la clausura de bares y drugstores de la Capital y Yerba Buena, además de la aprehensión de sus propietarios, clientes y empleados.
«Tuvimos gran movimiento con resultados que están a la vista. Los aprehendidos fueron trasladados al complejo Belgrano y se procedió al secuestro de vehículos y hasta de un arma de guerra. También fueron desbaratadas tres fiestas clandestinas y se procedió a la clausura de los locales», explicó Picón.
Bar y billares
Las fuentes judiciales informaron que, en uno de los operativos se procedió a la aprehensión de 22 personas, entre ellos un empleado de la policía. Sucedió cerca de las 22.30 horas del domingo en un local que funciona como bar y billares en calle Maipú al 900. Cuando llegó el equipo del Ministerio Fiscal junto al personal policial, el uniformado se encontraba entre los comensales. Fue el propio fiscal Picón quien advirtió que esta persona podría llevar un arma de fuego entre sus pertenencias.
«Habíamos comenzado con el operativo cuando advertimos que este local estaba abierto. Ingresamos, nos presentamos y explicamos el motivo de nuestra presencia. Cuando les pedimos a los presentes que dejaran sus celulares sobre las mesas, advertí que esta persona (el empleado policial) tenía una especie de cartuchera en la cintura. Cuando fue requisado se comprobó que se trataba de una pistola semiautomática, el cargador y municiones; además de su placa identificatoria», contó Picón.
«Atrincherado»
El titular de la fiscalía a cargo de atender los casos vinculados al incumplimiento de las medidas de aislamiento social contó qué en uno de los operativos efectuados en la Capital, cerca de las 0.00 horas de hoy lunes, el encargado de un delibery se negaba a salir del establecimiento, lo que derivó en su posterior aprehensión y cierre del negocio.
«Aseguraba que estaba autorizado para atender y no quería abandonar el local, posteriormente se dispuso su aprehensión», explicó el funcionario judicial.
Menores
Otro caso se registró en un drugstore de Yerba Buena, donde fueron sorprendidos dos menores comprando bebidas alcohólicas.
«El negocio estaba funcionando, incluso con venta de bebidas a menores, quienes estaban a bordo de un auto sin contar con permiso para hacerlo. Con posterioridad fueron entregados a sus padres», narró Picón.
El fiscal indicó que otros locales de similares características de la «Ciudad jardín» fueron clausurados, aunque no se registraron aprehensiones, ya que a pesar de que tenían abiertas sus puertas.
