El gobernador Gerardo Morales reconoció la existencia de listas de vacunados VIP en Jujuy
Las mismas fueron enviadas desde clínicas privadas. Por eso, según expresó, emitirá un decreto a nivel provincial para disponer la publicación periódica de todos los inmunizados contra el Covid-19.
Una vez que se apruebe, la intención de Morales es hacer pública la información lo antes posible, lo que podría ser esta misma semana.
Lo que se promueve es la instrucción «al Ministerio de Salud (de Jujuy) para publicitar periódicamente la lista completa de personas que hayan recibido la aplicación de la vacuna contra la Covid-19 y la razón que justificó la prioridad estratégica, además de los listados de personas incorporadas en orden de prioridad para ser vacunadas».
En tanto, se impulsa un régimen sancionatorio para aquel que «disponga, permita o facilite la aplicación de la vacuna sin respetar el orden de prioridad dispuesto por el plan estratégico de vacunación en la provincia, siendo solidariamente responsables agentes públicos o privados de establecimientos públicos o privados y/o sus autoridades».
Al respecto, Morales adelantó: «El máximo de la pena las multas llegarán hasta el millón de pesos».
Además, el mandatario jujeño argumentó que, aunque la ley 25.326 de Protección de Datos Personales impide difundir información personal, esos datos «pueden ser recolectados y objeto de tratamiento cuando medien razones de interés general autorizadas por ley».
En ese sentido, Morales consideró que en este caso «está muy claro el interés general» y por eso, planteó, está impulsando un decreto a convertir en ley en la provincia.
«Muchos trabajadores inclusive han sido amenazados en el hospital de campaña (principal centro vacunatorio de Jujuy) por aquellos que se creen con poder económico y van a ser denunciados», aseguró.
