El Gobierno pide a UTA que levante el bloqueo
Tras confirmar el depósito de subsidios, la ministra de Gobierno y Justicia, Carolina Vargas Aignasse, solicitó a UTA que retiren los colectivos que obstaculizan el tránsito.
Como sucede cada mes, el Gobierno de Tucumán cumplió en tiempo y forma con el depósito de $81 millones para subsidiar el transporte de pasajeros de la provincia. Por ese motivo, la ministra de Gobierno y Justicia, Carolina Vargas Aignasse, solicitó a los choferes que levanten la medida de fuerza y retiren los colectivos que obstaculizan el tránsito y perjudica a los comercios del microcentro capitalino en un contexto sanitario complejo que tiene fuertes implicancias económicas para todos los ciudadanos.
Vargas Aignasse explicó: “pedimos a las autoridades del gremio de Unión Tranviarios Automotor (UTA) que recapaciten sobre la medida y que, por favor, retiren las unidades de las calles. Los ciudadanos no tienen por qué verse perjudicados por una medida de fuerza. La actividad económica se ve agravada por la actitud que tomaron”.
La ministra de Gobierno y Justicia de la provincia sostuvo durante una entrevista en La Gaceta Play: “Esto se trata de una situación de empresas privadas y sus choferes a quienes se les adeuda dos meses de sueldo. La intervención del Estado provincial es simplemente ayudas económicas mensuales o subsidios que se vienen cumpliendo en tiempo y en forma en los últimos meses, a pesar de la situación económica”.
Hoy informaron desde la Secretaría de Transporte y Seguridad Vial de la Provincia que el pago se hace cada mes incluso antes del vencimiento del décimo día de cada período. En total se destinaron $81 millones para auxiliar la actividad. Un gran esfuerzo asumido por el Gobierno provincial con apoyo de la Legislatura que aprobó una ley de emergencia.
Inclusive, sostuvo, en este mes “nosotros estamos reteniendo en cuota, un monto que tenía que devolverse de manera concreta. Nosotros a pesar de que estamos con serios problemas con nuestras cuentas públicas, cumplimos con la obligación”.
La funcionaria dijo “es cierto que a los choferes se les adeudan dos meses de haberes y que hay un inconveniente con respecto al subsidio nacional del Gobierno central que no fue girado a la provincia en lo correspondiente a los meses de agosto y septiembre” y sostuvo que la provincia respeta el derecho a reclamar y peticionar ante las autoridades y paros constitucionalmente encuadrados: “ahora bien, este derecho de reclamar llega hasta cierto punto porque se perjudica a la comunidad con esa actitud que se tomó ayer al colocar las unidades en las calles”.
Dijo que el contexto se agrava al existir “una situación sanitaria donde necesitamos restringir la circulación de personas. Pone en riesgo a las personas que pueden tener una urgencia y necesiten asistencia médica. Con la cantidad de servicios que tenemos en la ciudad esto se torna en una situación inaceptable”.
Desde UTA, comentó la ministra, “plantean que quieren una solución de fondo y negociar un convenio con Nación para los meses de octubre, noviembre y diciembre. Nosotros estamos en permanente comunicación con el Gobierno nacional” y recordó que el transporte urbano es regulado por la municipalidad capitalina, en tanto que el interurbano pertenece al control provincial.
“Desgraciadamente ya existen presentaciones judiciales. Nosotros vamos a tener que evaluar distintos tipos de medidas. Es inviable esta situación de acuerdo el contexto”, culminó.
