En ese sentido, explicó que “la idea es que podamos mantener algunos de los productos que se han dirigido al mercado externo en el mercado interno para aumentar la oferta”.
“Es uno de los temas que vamos a anunciar el día martes, algunos conjuntos de cortes de carnes van a quedar en el mercado interno, y a la par, vamos a ir generando una administración que permita garantizar el acceso al mercado internacional”, sostuvo Kulfas en diálogo con radio Rivadavia.
Y agregó: “Es una buena oportunidad para nosotros exportar más, pero siempre cuidando la mesa de los argentinos, y garantizando que pueda haber carne accesible en los hogares de la Argentina”.
En esa línea, explicó que el esquema acordado busca «sostener un conjunto de cortes populares a precios populares, accesibles y establecido hasta fin de año, con una presencia fuerte en las diferentes bocas de expendio, supermercados, de presencia nacional, regional, y cadenas de carnicería, y que además esté disponible en cantidades importantes».
Respecto de las cantidades que implicará el plan, Kulfas resaltó que «a diferencia de lo que ocurrió en la primer instancia, en que había una menor cantidad que la proyectada ahora, lo que hacía que estuviera disponible solo algunos días de la semana, en este nuevo esquema la oferta estará disponible todos los días».
El anuncio tendrá lugar, pasado mañana al mediodía, en Casa de Gobierno, y estará a cargo del presidente Alberto Fernández, quien convocó a los diferentes sectores de la cadena de producción de carne con el objetivo de efectivamente «trabajar con todos los sectores involucrados, para aumentar la producción, pero con la idea de que sea un diálogo abierto y no solo el anuncio de una medida única».
«No se trata de una medida puntual, sino de una política integral que permita a la Argentina salir del estancamiento que tiene hace muchas décadas», aseguró Kulfas, para luego agregar que «mientras la población argentina ha ido creciendo, sus niveles de producción de carnes se han estancado».
Kulfas advirtió que «si queremos seguir comiendo carne bovina, que es un bien muy apreciado en este país, y además, también aumentar exportaciones, que es un objetivo deseable, tenemos que sí o sí aumentar la producción, sino esto no va a ser posible».
«Vamos a anunciar medidas, pero también vamos a poner otras sobre la mesa para discutirlas con el sector, entre ellas, incentivos fiscales, créditos blandos para que los productores inviertan en tecnología y en mejoren pasturas, e incentivos para aumentar el tamaño promedio de los animales que van a faena», desarrolló.
El ministro indicó también que el plazo previsto para tener este paquete de medidas articuladas y en marcha será de 30 días, y busca que «no solo sea el plan de un sector, sino de la Argentina, porque (la carne) es un bien que tiene que ver también con nuestra cultura, con el asado, los amigos, la familia».
Además, confirmó que el nuevo esquema pretende que la semana próxima se retomen las exportaciones, y dijo que «primeramente se hará con un esquema mucho más controlado, porque enfrentamos no una ni dos, sino muchas maniobras de evasión fiscal y de elusión de la normativa aduanera y cambiaria».
Así, sostuvo que se implementará un mecanismo de control mucho más riguroso «para que el que exporte lo haga con todas las de la ley y no haya avivadas».
Finalmente, se refirió a la inflación y aseguró que están trabajando fuertemente para contenerla en «un sendero de reducción gradual pero consistente, con una macroeconomía que se está ordenando», y contextualizó que «durante el gobierno de Mauricio Macri la misma creció al doble».
«Estamos trabajando en una concertación de precios, en una economía como la argentina con alta inflación en que existen comportamientos especulativos, y mucho empresario que aumenta por las dudas y se anticipa a la inflación».
También destacó el aporte de políticas específicas como precios cuidados, o del programa Súper Cerca, con más de 70 productos, que apunta a dar certidumbre y evitar la dispersión en los precios y dar previsibilidad para el resto del año, y destacó que si bien la situación internacional nos trajo un aspecto positivo: una mayor liquidación de divisas para el Banco Central, por otro lado introdujo claras tensiones de precios en nuestra economía, que son las que estamos trabajando desde varias aristas para ordenar».
