Lo decidieron los fiscales que investigan la causa originada tras el deceso del futbolista.
El médico Leopoldo Luque quedó hoy imputado del delito de homicidio culposo en el marco de la causa en la que se investigan las circunstancias de la muerte de Diego Armando Maradona, informaron fuentes judiciales.
Luque fue notificado formalmente de sus derechos esta mañana, mientras se allanaba su domicilio en la localidad bonaerense de Adrogué, y su consultorio en la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires por pedido del equipo de fiscales encabezado por el fiscal general de San Isidro, John Broyad; e integrado por sus adjuntos Patricio Ferrari y Cosme Iribarren; y por la fiscal de Benavídez, Laura Capra.
Esta mañana, la Policía bonaerense realizó, por pedido de la Fiscalía General de San Isidro, sendos allanamientos en la casa y el consultorio del médico Leopoldo Luque.
A los 60 años, Diego Maradona murió el miércoles 25 de noviembre al mediodía en una vivienda ubicada en un country de San Andrés, tras sufrir un paro cardiorrespiratorio.
