«El Mono» Ale ya está en libertad

Angel «El Mono» Ale logró la libertad condicional hasta que cumpla su condena por asociación ilícita para lavado de activos.
Desde este viernes Angel «El Mono» Ale, quien fuera condenado, junto con su hermano Rubén «La Chancha» Ale, a 10 años de prisión como lider de una asociación ilícita dedicada al lavado de activos, goza de libertad condicional.
La resolución de la Cámara Federal llegó meses después que su abogado hiciera la presentación solicitando el beneficio, en atención al tiempro transcurrido desde el fallo, dictado en 2014, y la conducta de su defendido mientras estuvo en prisión.
Cabe recordar que Ale ya había sido beneficiado primero, con prisión domiciliaria y luego, con la posibilidad de salir una vez a la semana para atender los campos de su propiedad, donde se dedica a la agricultura.
Desde ahora, «El Mono» sólo deberá cumplir con una formalidad cada 15 días: presentarse en el Patronato de Internos y Liberados de la Provincia para firmar el libro de comparencias, hasta que complete su condena.
