El Tribunal aceptó sumar las comunicaciones del celular del Ing. José López
Dentro de dos semanas, el lunes 11 de julio, la Unidad de Información Financiera dará inicio a los alegatos.
Planteo de la UIF
Este lunes, la UIF pidió una prórroga para alegar, pero el TOF2 rechazó la solicitud. El intercambio dejó en evidencia que la entidad no se retiraría de la querella, como sí lo hizo la Oficina Anticorrupción. Sin embargo, hay expectativa por la postura que tomará, ya que la querella de la UIF se constituyó con el gobierno de Mauricio Macri, quien le había dado a esa entidad y a la OA un rol específico de persecución penal de causas de corrupción que involucraban a funcionarios del gobierno kirchnerista.
Durante los tres años de este debate el representante de la UIF mantuvo un perfil bajo. Solo escuchó a las partes y a los testigos y no intervino en las audiencias, por lo que es una incógnita si pedirá o no condenas para los acusados.
El celular de José López
Los jueces Jorge Gorini, Andrés Basso y Rodrigo Giménez Uriburu aceptaron incorporar como prueba los chats del teléfono móvil de José López. La defensa del hombre que fue condenado por intentar esconder un bolso con 9 millones de dólares en un convento de General Rodríguez, se había opuesto a la incorporación de un listado de 1.800 páginas de escuchas telefónicas.
Sin embargo, por unanimidad, el Tribunal rechazó el planteo del exsecretario de Obras Públicas, condenado por enriquecimiento ilícito.
Los libros de Zuvic y Wiñazki
Las defensas se habían manifestado en contra de la incorporación como prueba de los libros de Mariana Zuvic y Nicolás Wiñazki y escritos de otros expedientes que no permitan un control de las partes de la prueba. Sin embargo, los jueces rechazaron el objetivo de la fiscalía ya que ninguno de los dos autores declaró durante el juicio.
Escritos de Stoddart
Además, el Tribunal aceptó la inclusión por lectura de escritos presentados durante la etapa de instrucción por la mano derecha de Javier Iguacel y extitular de Jurídicos de Vialidad Nacional, Ricardo Stoddart. Las defensas se oponían ya que el exfuncionario fue denunciante y testigo en este juicio, por lo que señalaban que debería haber sido interrogado sobre esos escritos al momento de declarar.
