Tras la aprobación en la Legislatura jujeña de la obligatoriedad de la vacunación en empleados públicos, las distintas ligas de fútbol en Jujuy firmaron este martes un convenio con el Gobierno local por el que acordaron que solo los jugadores que se encuentren vacunados con al menos una dosis de las vacunas contra el coronavirus puedan disputar partidos.

Se trata de las seis ligas existentes en Jujuy, que adhirieron a las estrategias de vacunación implementadas por el Ejecutivo provincial liderado por Gerardo Morales (JxC) y entre las que se incluyen, desde la semana pasada, la obligatoriedad de inmunizarse para la totalidad de los trabajadores de la administración pública local.

“Hay una gran concurrencia de jujeños a la práctica deportiva, que las ligas se sumen es algo fantástico, mientras más jujeños estén vacunados es muy importante”, valoró el ministro de Salud de Jujuy, Gustavo Bohuid, quien encabezó la rúbrica del convenio con el presidente de la Federación Jujeña de Fútbol, Julio Bravo, y referentes de las ligas de fútbol locales.

En tanto, el secretario de Deportes de la provincia, Hugo Flores, recordó que Jujuy “tiene activa todas las prácticas deportivas y las competencias”.

Ponderó que con la idea de que los deportistas se vacunen, habiendo más de 120 clubes en la provincia, fueron convocadas no solo las ligas de fútbol, sino también “todas las ligas y federaciones de otras disciplinas”, que se espera se vayan sumando en lo próximo.

Por otro lado, el presidente de la Federación Jujeña de Fútbol, Julio Bravo, detalló ante medios locales que cada liga se organizará para “colaborar desde la semana próxima en la campaña de vacunación” y a sabiendas de que “hay mayor resistencia entre jóvenes” respecto a inmunizarse.

Entre las medidas que tomarán, agregó que “la idea es que únicamente puedan disputar los partidos de fútbol aquellos jugadores que estén vacunados”.Finalmente, también se refirió a la presencia de espectadores en los partidos y dijo que se está dialogando con las autoridades locales para que “se habiliten hasta 400 personas” y también, en principio, que cuenten “con al menos una dosis de las vacunas contra el coronavirus”.
