En medio del conflicto, la Aduana evitó el contrabando de cubiertas por un valor de $320 millones
La Dirección General de Aduanas evitó el contrabando de 4557 neumáticos por un valor de aproximadamente 320 millones de pesos, en operativos de control realizados en distintos puntos del país desde julio de este año a la fecha. Los procedimientos se dan en medio del conflicto salarial que viene acarreando el sector que mantiene paralizadas las plantas y provoca faltantes.
El organismo informo que las cubiertas se intentaron entrar al territorio nacional “por distintos métodos como, por ejemplo, ocultos en granos, adentro de otras cubiertas, en encomiendas, en transporte de carga y también en pallets envueltos en polipropileno de color negro para disimular su contenido”.
Recientemente, en Concordia, en el Paso de Frontera Salto Grande, agentes de la Aduana llevaron a cabo un operativo de control sobre un vehículo Peugeot Partner, de matrícula argentina, que ingresaba al país, detectando que transportaba 12 cubiertas nuevas no declaradas. De acuerdo a la información del ente estatal, “las cubiertas se encontraban ocultas en las 4 ruedas colocadas rodando y en 2 ruedas de auxilio, cada rueda poseía una cubierta adicional en su interior”.
En ese sentido, precisaron que “fue detectado porque las ruedas auxiliares poseían un peso significativo y luego de ser controladas con el escáner de valijas se observó que en su interior poseían una cubierta más. Por tal motivo, se procedió al secuestro de la mercadería y del vehículo por infracción a la ley 22415”.
Asimismo, en otro procedimiento similar en la ciudad de Paraná, sobre la Ruta 12, cercano a La Paz, agentes aduaneros secuestraron, con la colaboración de Gendarmería, 287 cubiertas de vehículos de origen extranjero sin aval Aduanero, al revisar un camión de la empresa de transporte de encomiendas de correo Vía Cargo.
En esta ocasión, intervino el Juzgado Federal de Paraná, provincia de Entre Ríos. La mercadería secuestrada quedó depositada en la Sección de Gendarmería La Paz, siendo el valor estimado de la misma 13.250.000 pesos.
Desde la Aduana señalaron que “es importante destacar que las acciones desarrolladas se enmarcan en las políticas del organismo conducido por Guillermo Michel, quien desde su asunción impuso la necesidad de generar percepción de riesgo, atacando la economía informal dada por la comercialización de mercaderías ingresadas de manera ilegal al territorio nacional, así como atacar la competencia desleal de empresas importadoras del rubro neumáticos, que hacen uso abusivo de medidas cautelares con el objeto de sobrestockearse en base a un dólar oficial, atentando claramente contra la producción y el empleo nacionales”.
