Este sábado el comercio en Tucumán abrirá de 10 a 18 horas

En el Ministerio de Gobierno y Justicia, los representantes de la Cámara de Comercio y la Sociedad de Empleados y Obreros del Comercio (Seoc) sellaron el acuerdo sobre la metodología y los pagos por la apertura extendida de los comercios, por la celebración del Día del Padre.

Según disposiciones del Comité Operativo de Emergencia (COE) la actividad recibió la aprobación para atender, del jueves 18 al sábado 20, excepcionalmente, de 9 a 20 horas.

Por ese motivo, las partes acordaron atender jueves y viernes de 9 a 20 horas, con el correspondiente pago de horas extras. En tanto, el sábado 20, al ser feriado nacional por el Día de la Bandera, los comercios abrirán sus puertas de 10 a 18 horas.

“Se pagarán las horas extras al personal que se vea afectado, no todos los comercios tienen la posibilidad de convocar a todo su personal. Como manda la ley, el sábado 20 se pagará por día feriado. Y de los días jueves y viernes se abonará por las horas que están fuera del horario habitual de 10 a 18”, explicó la secretaria de la Cámara de Comercio, Sofía Guraiib.

Ene se sentido, Roque Brito, secretario de Seoc, sostuvo que, “dejamos acordado que los comerciantes deben pagar un anticipo de las horas extras a los trabajadores, hasta el día sábado”, aclaró.

Respecto de los compensatorios, Brito agregó: “Convenimos que el descanso compensatorio sea preferentemente lunes o martes. La ministra ha pedido que hagamos un esfuerzo y que tratemos de ver la por la situación que está pasando el país y la provincia por la pandemia”, indicó el gremialista.

Y cerró: “Quisimos que el sector se comprometa con todo lo acordado, la firma del Ministerio, representando al Gobierno, nos da la seguridad que los empresarios puedan cumplir con lo que hablaron”.
