Familias taficeñas fueron beneficiadas con créditos PROCREAR
La formalización se realizó mediante una videconferencia en la que participaron el intendente Javier Noguera y el ministro de Desarrollo Territorial y Hábitat de la Nación, Jorge Ferraresi.
Con el objetivo de generar un aprovechamiento integral y planificado de la tierra, como así tambien de brindarles a los taficeños los recursos para la construcción y refacción de sus hogares, el intendente Javier Noguera oficializó la entrega de créditos Procrear a 42 familias y firmó un convenio para la entrega de 81 lotes.
«Materializamos el convenio del programa que estamos llevando adelante desde la municipalidad conjuntamente con el ministerio de la Nación para garantizar el acceso de los taficeños a un terreno y ,en simultáneo, entregamos los primeros procrear a las familias que han sido beneficiadas en la última convocatoria. Muy feliz y agradecido al ministro por la posibilidad de que nuestros vecinos no solo accedan a suelo sino también a vivienda digno», señaló Noguera.
La ceremonia tuvo lugar en el salón Fiorito de Tafí Viejo, donde se convocó a los beneficiados para firmar la documentación correspondiente. Además, participó de manera virtual la provincia de San Luis, que la representó su gobernador, Alberto Rodríguez Saa, y la directora del Instituto Provincial de la Vivienda y Desarrollo Urbano, Stella Maris Córdoba.
El otorgamiento de terrenos también tiene como fin desalentar la ocupación irregular, donde el Estado asume la responsabilidad de distribuir y planificar los nuevos barrios urbanos y la construcción de viviendas sociales. Por otro lado, el Procrear es un programa pensado y diseñado para favorecer con auxilio económico las posibilidades para que las familias más desprotegidas tengan la oportunidad de construir su casa propia o bien refaccionarla.
«Es muy importante para nosotros, es la casa con la que toda persona sueña. Somos una familia con mi madre, un hijo soltero y es un anhelo tener la casa propia. Me vengo inscribiendo en todos las planes que va largando Nación y esta vez gracias a dios fui beneficiado, estoy feliz», expresó Hugo Figueroa, benficiaro de un crédito.
Tambien estuvieron presentes los concejales Maximiliano Córdoba y Mariela Acosta; el secretario de Gobierno, Federico Carrera; Daniela Bravo y Paula Chein, secretaria y subsecretaria de Promoción Social y Desarrollo Inclusivo; Alberto Barrera, secretario de Gestión Ambiental e Infraestructura; Matías Heredia, subsecretario de Gestión Ambiental; Agostina Rossini, directora de Catastro y el gerente del Banco Hipotecario, Guillermo Hernán Petralia.
