Habilitan los albergues transitorios en Santa Fe

El área de Epidemiología aprobó la reapertura de los establecimientos, que estaban cerrados desde antes del 20 de marzo.
Se exige prestar especial cuidado con el personal de limpieza que deberá usar barbijo, máscara y guantes. 

Los moteles y alojamientos transitorios vuelven a funcionar con normalidad en toda la provincia de Santa Fe, pero cumpliendo con los estrictos protocolos que se imponen durante la cuarentena. La mayoría de ellos había cerrado el pasado 20 de marzo, cuando el gobierno nacional decretó el aislamiento obligatorio para evitar la propagación del coronavirus.
El gobierno provincial, a través de una nota que la titular de Epidemiología, Carolina Cudós, le envió al ministro de Trabajo, Roberto Sukerman, habilitó a estos establecimientos que estaban cerrados desde el inicio de la cuarentena oficial.
 
En la resolución oficial, la autoridad sanitaria sugirió que para que los moteles vuelvan a trabajar hay que prestar especial cuidado con el personal de limpieza. “Deberán utilizar barbijo, máscara y guantes, con lavado posterior al uso de los mismos».
En diálogo con La Capital, el ministro de Trabajo de la provincia, Roberto Sukerman, explicó por qué los moteles están habilitados a trabajar sin que se haya sido publicado el decreto correspondiente: «Después del decreto presidencial que diferenció entre aislamiento y distanciamiento, la provincia de Santa Fe adhirió a ese decreto y dijo que todo lo que no estaba prohibido por Nación y lo que no había sido autorizado por la provincia expresamente podía pedir autorización para funcionar».
«Algunas actividades, como la de los moteles, lo hicieron y, con el visto bueno del Ministerio de Salud y el de Trabajo pudieron funcionar. Hubo muchas actividades que presentaron los protocolos correspondientes, como este rubro, los analizamos y les dimos la autorización«, agregó el titular de la cartera de Trabajo provincial.
En tanto, el secretario de Producción de la Municipalidad de Rosario, Sebastián Chale, dijo que la autorización de la cartera sanitaria se conoció ayer y que los establecimientos que hayan presentados los protocolos “están en condiciones de abrir” desde hoy mismo.
“Los dueños de moteles habían trabajado hace unos 15 ó 20 días para elaborar los protocolos. Los presentaron a la provincia y sólo quedaba esperar la autorización que se conoció ayer”, expresó el funcionario municipal.
 
Por su parte, Fernando Solari, miembro del consejo directivo de la Cámara de Moteles Alojamiento del Litoral indicó que «el decreto del gobernador no está aún pero está aprobado el protocolo para el funcionamiento de los moteles. Calculo que la Municipalidad entre hoy y mañana sacará la normativa correspondiente».
Solari comentó que mantuvo una comunicación telefónica con el ministro de Trabajo de la provincia, Roberto Sukerman, quien le indicó que estaban en condiciones de reabrir los moteles. «Eso más allá de que el decreto no esté, eso no impide que nosotros abramos. Lo que no está prohibido está permitido y ahora estamos en la etapa de distanciamiento, no de aislamiento.
No nos van a decir que abramos y después nos van a mandar una inspección. Lo que es la cuestión sanitaria con nuestros protocolos está totalmente cubierta. Los moteles en Rosario están abriendo en las próximas horas y algunos ya lo hicieron y ya están haciendo publicidad en las redes sociales».
En el departamento Rosario funcionan alrededor de 30 moteles y, según comentó Solari, «ninguno de ellos cerró a pesar de los graves problemas que ocasionó la pandemia.
