Debido a las deudas que contrajo su padre

 

El tenista argentino Juan Martín Del Potro está en una de las situaciones más complicadas a nivel económico ya que sobre él, cayó un millonario embargo a raíz de las dudas que contrajo su padre, quien falleció en enero de 2021.

Es así que por un fallo de la justicia, la empresa LDC embargó una alta cifra de dinero del contrato que el deportista tiene con una prestigiosa empresa de indumentaria. Además, se adiciona otra retención de más dinero contra dicha compañía y un patrocinante del Argentina Open.Su padre, Daniel Del Potro, quien murió el año pasado, invirtió en distintos proyectos inmobiliarios y agropecuarios en los que no tuvo éxito, por lo que dejó mas deudas que ganancias y por esta razón perjudicó al tenista. Tanto que en febrero de 2021 un acreedor de la empresa que creó su papá, Agroganadera Reconquita SA, solicitó el embargo con el objetivo de cubrir un monto cercano al millón de pesos.
«El 18 de abril por un fallo de la justicia, la empresa LDC semillas embargó $5 millones por el contrato que tiene Juan Martín Del Potro con Nike Argentina. Esto se suma a otro embargo por $14 millones contra Nike y Tennium, organizadora del Argentina Open, sobre el premio Usd 6.460. Si no paga se lo ejecuta y va a quiebra. Sus abogados recomiendan que se dilate en el tiempo el mayor tiempo posible», aseguraron en el ciclo A la tarde, emitido por América.
Lo que trascendió es que la empresa de indumentaria de la pipa no dejará solo a la «Torre» de Tandil. Lo que si indicaron que desde la justicia buscarán bienes ocultos que el deportista tenga en el exterior, es por eso que su panorama es poco alentador y atraviesa un complicado momento. /C5N
