Julio De Vido y Ricardo Jaime condenados a prisión
Además de la prisión, a De Vido le cayó una inhabilitación perpetua para ejercer cargos públicos. Estas sanciones fueron establecidas por haberse determinado que fue coautor del delito de “defraudación por administración fraudulenta en perjuicio de la administración pública” por la compra de trenes de rezado a España y Portugal.
Esta decisión fue anunciada por el Tribunal Oral Federal número seis, integrado por los jueces Julio Panelo, Fernando Canero y Ricardo Basílico.
Por otro lado, en el mismo juicio, se determinó que al ex secretario de Transporte, Ricardo Jaime, le corresponden ocho años de prisión y pagar una multa de casi 15 millones de pesos por enriquecimiento ilícito.
