La Bancaria consiguió una paritaria del 94,1% con revisión en diciembre
La Asociación Bancaria consiguió, luego de arduas negociaciones, un acuerdo salarial del 94,1 por ciento, con revisión en diciembre, y es uno de los rubros que conseguirían mejoras salariales por encima de la inflación.
Además, se fijó que para un bancario que recién ingresa, cobrará 185.500 pesos por el Día del Bancario, que se celebra el 6 de noviembre.
El sindicato La Bancaria es liderado por los diputados nacionales oficialistas Sergio Palazzo (secretario general) y Carlos Cisneros (secretario de Administración) y este jueves se reunió con las cámaras patronales (Abappra, Adeba, ABA y ABE) y a las autoridades del Banco Central de la República Argentina para hacer una evaluación del poder de compra de los salarios medidos contra la suba del costo de vida.
La Bancaria había solicitado al ministro de Trabajo, Claudio Moroni, la inmediata reapertura de las paritarias porque “el salario es la herramienta de subsistencia y mantenimiento económico de los trabajadores”, algo que había quedado estipulado en el acuerdo del 13 de mayo último.
Los detalles
Se incorpora a partir del 1/09 14% *
Se incorpora a partir del 1/10 10% * (8,9% + 1,1%)
Se incorpora a partir del 1/11 10% *
Se incorpora a partir del 1/12 9% *
Aplicable sobre el salario de diciembre 2021.
Por lo tanto quedan establecidos los siguientes salarios iniciales:
Inicial + Participación Ganancias (ROE)
SEPTIEMBRE $ 196.251,70 + $ 5.673,02 = $ 201.924,72
OCTUBRE $ 208.138,54 + $ $ 6.016,64 = $ 214.155,18
NOVIEMBRE $ 220.025.38 + $ 6.360,25 = $ 226.385,63
DICIEMBRE $ 230.723.53 + $ 6.669,50 = $ 237.393,03
Antecedente
En mayo pasado, La Bancaria había logrado un aumento salarial del 60 por ciento en cuatro cuotas: 16,1 por ciento para el segmento enero-abril; 18 por ciento de mayo a junio; 17 por ciento de julio a septiembre y 8,9 por ciento de octubre a diciembre.
