«Nuestro agradecimiento no debe ser solo de palabra», planteó la diputada nacional por Tucumán al presentar la iniciativa que cuenta con el apoyo de gremios de la salud.
La diputada nacional por Tucumán Rossana Chahla (Frente de Todos) impulsa un proyecto de ley para establecer un haber jubilatorio del 82% móvil de la remuneración total para el personal médico, de enfermería, de dirección y administración, logístico, de limpieza, gastronómicos y ambulancieros que presenten servicios en el sistema de salud de gestión público o privado.
«El 82% móvil para los trabajadores de la salud será un orgullo para todos los argentinos. La crisis sanitaria invitó a poner en valor el virtuoso desempeño de las y los trabajadores de la salud», se entusiasmó Chahla al presentar la iniciativa que presentó junto a Noemí Díaz, secretaria general de SUMAR. El proyecto ya fue presentado a SITAS, y en los próximos días será tema de conversación con el secretario general de ATSA, René Ramírez, y dirigentes de AME, ATE y UPCN.
«Siento orgullo por cada trabajador que, con profesionalismo y vocación, estuvo en la primera línea de la crisis sanitaria. Nuestro agradecimiento no debe ser solo de palabra, seguiré impulsando junto a los gremios esta iniciativa para poner en valor a quienes nos cuidan estableciendo en su favor un régimen previsional especial en correlación con el valor social de sus funciones», enfatizó la exministra de Salud Pública de Tucumán.
El proyecto de Ley Régimen Previsional del Personal de la Salud fue presentado el 5 de abril del corriente año y propone:
El establecimiento de un régimen especial jubilatorio para trabajadores de la salud que garantice el 82% móvil.
Pueden acceder al derecho todos y todas las trabajadoras que acrediten al menos 30 años de servicios con aportes computables; tengan 15 años continuos o 20 discontinuos de prestación de servicios como personal de la salud.
El establecimiento del retiro por invalidez y la pensión por fallecimiento, bajo las mismas condiciones que el Régimen General, los cuales se calculan de la misma manera y con la misma movilidad que el haber de la jubilación de este régimen propuesto.
“Llevo más de 35 años en la gestión de la salud y como diputada asumí el compromiso de trabajar para ampliar derechos. Coincidimos con la Dra. Díaz en que este proyecto es justo y esperamos que pronto sea debatido y aprobado en ambas cámaras del Congreso” concluyó Chahla.
Acompañaron el proyecto diputados del Frente de Todos de distintas provincias: Juan Manuel Pedrini, Carlos Américo Selva, Carlos Cisneros, Hilda Clelia Aguirre, Sergio Palazzo.
