Se armaron 10 comisiones en Diputados y comienza la acción, demasiado tarde. En el apuro, Massa se olvidó de agregar opositores a las comisiones. Echarri abre el primer debate. En el Senado el oficialismo está de fiesta: sale de gira por el país y definió que Corte Suprema quiere. ¿Nadie defiende a Morales?
Con casi dos meses de demora, se armaron 10 comisiones de la Cámara de Diputados y así sólo hay 13 de las 46 constituidas. Algunas troncales, como Asuntos Constitucionales y Justicia, siguen cerradas hasta nuevo aviso.
La demora se debe a la dificultad de negociar los lugares entre Juntos por el Cambio y el oficialismo, que ni siquiera terminó cuando las comisiones se inauguraron.
En las de Educación, Agricultura e Industria, Juntos denunció que se olvidaron de un vocal y lo reclamó. Massa deberá volver a hacer las cuentas.
El problema, repetido, es que el principal frente opositor no quiere tener menos firmas, porque el reparto por el sistema D’hont le asignaría las mismas. Pero el oficialismo no se las concede. Y así están.
[Echarri lo hizo]
El actor Pablo Echarri fue a la Cámara de Diputados hace un mes a pedir por una ley que, en la primera semana de actividad, se la concederán. Al menos con un dictamen.
Se trata de la prórroga de las asignaciones específicas a las actividades culturales como el cine y el teatro, que vencen a fin de año.
Un proyecto del oficialista Pablo Carro las extiende hasta 2072, tuvo dictamen en noviembre, pero en diciembre no se trató. Es el que se volverá a firmar. Juntos por el Cambio no está de acuerdo, pero tal vez no se atreva a bloquearlo.
Por este reclamo, hubo una movilización a la sede del Incaa que obligó a Alberto Fernández a despedir por decreto a su entonces titular Luis Puenzo. Ahora habrá una reunión de comisión de Diputados. No es poco.
[La peña de los senadores]
Después de dividir el bloque Frente de Todos para quedarse con un consejero en la Magistratura, los senadores peronistas están más unidos que antes. Así de extraño y molesto para Juntos por el Cambio.
Es que después de hacer el juego de los dos bloques, se reunieron para definir una gira por el interior del país, con paradas en todas las provincias.
Empezaron por Tucumán, donde fueron los senadores kirchneristas y quienes más lejos quieren mostrarse de la vicepresidenta, como el entrerriano Edgardo Kueider.
Continuarán por La Rioja y tal vez por Chaco, siempre con abrazos con el gobernador peronista de turno. Por si les faltaba algo, sumaron en las recorridas a una aliada del PRO: la riojana Clara Vega.
[La Corte kirchnerista]
Al inicio del debate en el Senado sobre las leyes para ampliar la Corte Suprema, el kirchnerismo informó cómo le gustaría que fuera: la neuquina Silvia Sapag presentó un proyecto.
Propone que tenga 15 miembros, con al menos 3 de 5 regiones del país definidas, para garantizar una federalización que en el Senado es tan pedida como la paridad de género.
Pero la sorpresa vino en los requisitos que incorpora para ser juez: tendrán que informar su historia laboral de los últimos 8 años, las declaraciones juradas de sus familiares y un informe de la AFIP para saber si pagaron sus cuentas.
Parece que los actuales jueces de la Corte tendrían dinero en el exterior sin declarar. Según Sapag, sólo Carlos Rosenkrantz giró 650 mil dólares en 2019. Y no sería el único.
[Morales, el acusado]
Según los diarios Clarín y La Nación, el presidente de la UCR Gerardo Morales pactó con Sergio Massa para que la diputada Roxana Reyes, radical y de Santa Cruz, sea consejera de la Magistratura.
Y en el combo aceptaron que Cristina Kirchner dividiera el bloque de senadores para tener un consejero más.
La versión fue publicada por Ricardo Roa, histórico editor de Clarín, repetida por Carlos Pagni en La Nación, y desmentida por Morales con acusaciones a Macri de haberla fabricado.
No hubo diputados radicales que lo defendieran, aunque todos saben que no fue así: Cristina no le consulta a nadie por lo que hace y Reyes había sido propuesta por Mario Negri antes de la maniobra la vice.
El cordobés atinó a defender al jujeño ante Macri, en la mesa de Juntos por el Cambio. “No te entiendo”, le dijo el ex presidente, que ya había sido amenazado por Morales sobre un encuentro a solas para sacarse la furia. Todavía no se dio.
