La Policía allanó un local donde compraban y vendían celulares robados
Un local dedicado a la compra y venta de celulares presuntamente robados fue allanado por efectivos de la Comisaría Primera tras un arduo trabajo investigativo que culminó con el secuestro de 15 teléfonos celulares de alta gama y dos tablets.
La investigación se efectuó en conjunto con el grupo Anti Mecheras, de la Dirección de Guardia Urbana que dirige Juan Ibáñez, debido a un incremento en los casos de robo de celulares en la zona del microcentro capitalino por parte de “mecheras” y “pungas”.
Los efectivos de la Comisaría Primera habían recibido la denuncia de una mujer que fue víctima de esta modalidad de robo, quien había localizado el dispositivo en la zona de avenida Independencia al 2.500, en la zona Sur de la Capital. Tras esta presentación, la policía dirigió un operativo que culminó con el allanamiento de un local de celulares que funcionaba en la dirección registrada por la víctima.
El allanamiento, que se concretó el viernes pasado, fue solicitado por la Unidad Fiscal de Decisión Temprana y ordenado por el Juez del Colegio de Jueces y Juezas, Néstor Rafael Macoritto
Al indagar el establecimiento, la policía dio con artefactos electrónicos entre ellos celulares y tablets que al momento de la medida los propietarios del negocio no pudieron justificar su tenencia. Finalmente, procedieron al secuestro de 15 celulares de alta gama, dos tablets y se solicitó la identificación de los responsables del lugar.
En relación a estos casos, el jefe de la Comisaría Primera, Alfredo Díaz, pidió a la ciudadanía tomar conciencia de estos hechos y evitar la compra de dispositivos electrónicos en locales donde el funcionamiento administrativo y comercial es irregular, de esta forma se logrará disminuir los casos de robos y hurtos en la Capital.
La medida fue supervisada por los jefes de la Unidad Regional Capital, Ricardo Fresneda y Joaquín Girvau.
