“Sin los subsidios nacionales se pone compleja la situación del salario de los trabajadores”, explicó César González, titular del gremio. El conflicto en el transporte público no da tregua: la semana pasada, los choferes de colectivo pudieron cobrar el sueldo de junio y el 50% del aguinaldo tras dos días de paro y la intervención del Gobierno provincial.
La semana que comienza vence el plazo para que los trabajadores cobren el sueldo de julio y el escenario genera incertidumbre. En la Unión Tranviarios Automotor (UTA) tucumana, la situación preocupa porque no hay fecha para la llegada de los subsidios nacionales, comprometidos para el pago de sueldo. “La semana pasada hemos tenido una videoconferencia con el Ministerio de Trabajo de la Nación y con el de Transporte. Por lo que nos dijeron, hasta al menos el 15 de agosto no van a ser enviados los fondos nacionales para las provincias del interior”, comentó César González, secretario general de UTA en la provincia.
“Eso pone en una situación bastante compleja el salario de los trabajadores. Estamos preocupados”, sostuvo el sindicalista. La pandemia por la covid-19 y las medidas de aislamiento para prevenir el contagio profundizaron la crisis en el transporte público: a la inequidad en la distribución de subsidios y a los insumos dolarizados se suma la caída de la recaudación, que rondó entre el 70% y el 90% desde marzo. El reparto de los subsidios nacionales concentra el 83% de los fondos para las firmas porteñas, mientras que el resto del país se reparte el 17% restante.
Los paros de transporte
En siete meses del año, los 300.000 usuarios del transporte público ya padecieron 28 días de paro. El primer capítulo de los paros de transporte en pandemia comenzó en mayo: la demora en el pago de sueldos derivó en 18 días consecutivos de paro.Para sortear la huelga, la Legislatura sancionó una ley provincial que determina que los subsidios nacionales y provinciales deben ser destinados prioritariamente al pago de los sueldos .
El segundo capítulo fue por el pago del aguinaldo del primer semestre. La mora en la liquidación se unificó con el reclamo por el sueldo de junio. Tras siete días de paro, el Poder Ejecutivo intervino para destrabar el conflicto.Con el pago de los $ 62 millones de subsidios provinciales del mes de junio, más la toma de préstamos, las firmas pagaron un adelanto de $ 18.000. La condición era que los subsidios nacionales de junio, por $ 152 millones, completaran el saldo pendiente de del sueldo del mes y el 50% del aguinaldo.
Como los fondos nunca llegaron, comenzó otro paro: tras dos días de huelga la semana pasada, la Provincia adelantó los subsidios provinciales de agosto, para completar el pago de junio y el 50% del aguinaldo. La zozobra, esta semana que comienza, será porque el cuarto día hábil del mes vence el plazo para el cobro de los sueldos según el convenio colectivo del sector. “Si la Nación no envía los fondos que está debiendo, que son dos meses, será muy complicada la situación para que podamos cobrar el sueldo”, agregó González.
