Esta tarde se puso en marcha en Tucumán el Programa “Te Sumo” mediante el cual se busca capacitar e insertar en el mercado laboral a jóvenes de entre 18 a 24 años con secundario completo y sin empleo formal.
El acto, que se llevó a cabo en el Colegio de Graduados en Ciencias Económicas, estuvo encabezado por el subsecretario de Articulación Territorial del Ministerio de Trabajo de la Nación, Gerardo Girón; el jefe agencia Territorial Tucumán del Ministerio de Trabajo de la Nación, Facundo Vargas Aignasse; el legislador Gerónimo Vargas Aignasse; el jefe Regional de Anses, Marcelo Santillán y Daniel Helbig, director de enlace de Programas y Políticas Sociolaborales del Ministerio de Trabajo de la Nación.
Del evento también participaron José Luis Romero y Omar Abraham, presidentes de los colegios de graduados en Ciencias Económicas y de Ingeniería, respectivamente. También, el decano de la Universidad Tecnológica Nacional Regional Tucumán, Fabián Soria.
Girón destacó que “en Tucumán trabajamos muy bien con los programas del Ministerio de Trabajo y venimos articulando ahora el programa Te Sumo, que es una invitación para que las pymes puedan contratar jóvenes de 18 a 24 años con el secundario terminado que quieren acceder a ese primer empleo”.
Además, el subsecretario planteó: “Que importante que como Estado nacional podamos seguir acompañando en la recuperación de la Argentina a estos sectores que tanto sufrieron la pandemia”.
En ese sentido, Girón confirmó que “este mes incluimos a más de 700 jóvenes en diferentes empresas de todo el país más entrenamiento para el trabajo. Es el esfuerzo de dos ministerios (Trabajo y Desarrollo Productivo) para generar oportunidades y acceso a los jóvenes a l mercado formal”.
Por su parte, Facundo Vargas Aignasse ponderó el lanzamiento del programa y comentó que “a través del mismo, los beneficiarios obtienen ventajas de hasta un 70 por ciento en el salario de sus trabajadores y por supuesto de nivel impositivo”.
“Entendemos que la post pandemia que nos toca enfrentar desde la Argentina debe ser con trabajo y con empleo, y en esa lógica es que estamos trabajando con las cámaras, con distintos sectores vinculados a lo que es comercio e industria, buscando que tengan todas las posibilidades para poder crecer tomando mano de obra a partir de este subsidio que va a dar la Nación y poder de esta manera reactivar la economía”, concluyó el legislador Gerónimo Vargas Aignasse.
Detalles del programa
“Te Sumo” es un programa federal y en el que podrán inscribirse Pymes que tengan el Certificado MiPymes entregado por el Ministerio de Producción, mediante la página www.portalempleo.gob.ar o contactándose con la Agencia Territorial Tucumán. El aporte del Estado variará de acuerdo a la cantidad de empleados con los que cuente la empresa y contará con tres beneficios por cada nueva contratación que el empresario realice:
1) Aporte Integración al Salario (PIL): hasta $18:000 por 9 o 12 meses. La empresa pagará la diferencia hasta alcanzar el sueldo según CCT por la que se rige la empresa.
2) Aporte no Rembolsable: hasta $13.000 o $10.000 en concepto de durante 12 meses
3) Reducción de Contribuciones Patronales: 95% o 90% de por 12 meses.
El programa también tiene contemplado el Tiempo Parcial reduciendo a la mitad todos estos valores mencionados anteriormente.También, Acciones de Entrenamiento para el Trabajo que consiste en formar a personas de acuerdo a la necesidad de la empresa en puestos de trabajo reales antes de formalizar la relación laboral, con costos mínimos.
