“Las limitaciones energéticas es porque no tenemos un plan”
El Jefe de Gobierno de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, Horacio Rodríguez Larreta, estuvo en la ciudad de Salta dónde participó del Encuentro Regional Norte organizado por la Fundación Pensar del PRO, y que reunió a dirigentes salteños y de las provincias de Jujuy, Tucumán, Santiago del Estero y Catamarca y se pronunció sobre el conflicto por el desabastecimiento de gasoil que preocupa a la región.
“Las limitaciones que tenemos en materia de energía en Argentina es producto de que no tenemos un plan”, dijo el alcalde porteño.
“Los recursos naturales, los tenemos; la energía la tenemos; lo que no hemos hecho es sacarla, transportarla y llevarla a los centros de consumo donde se necesita. Es por falta de previsibilidad”, agregó el referente de Juntos por el Cambio.
“Tenemos todo el potencial. Con los precios de la energía que hay ahora, producto de la guerra, la Argentina tendría un potencial para estar exportando y generando divisas enorme pero no, porque no lo previmos. Por el contrarios, hoy estamos importando por falta de un plan”, dijo.
“La energía debería ser un generador de divisas lo que ayudaría a la estabilidad económica. Pero para eso hay que planificar, no son decisiones que se toman de un día para el otro”, opinó.
“La falta de gasoil es un drama y un problema para todos los que producen. Hay gente que no puede dar trabajo, que no puede levantar la cosecha. La desesperación y la angustia de esa gente que esta esperando todo el año este momento y cuando llegó, no lo puede hacer. El producto de su trabajo y de su esfuerzo que no puede llevarlo a la practica, es un problema enorme, producto de la falta de previsibilidad”, señaló Rodríguez Larreta.
“Si no tenemos una visión integral apoyada por un amplio sector de la sociedad no vamos a salir adelante. Y es en eso en lo que estamos trabajando desde hoy con encuentros como éste. El plan hay que formularlo escuchando a la gente. Tenemos que llegar con ese plan consensuado con nuestra fuerza política pero también con los sectores productivos, del trabajo, con los sectores sociales. El cambio vale si lo podemos sostener en el tiempo” sostuvo Rodríguez Larreta durante su exposición.
Sobre la política social argentina agregó: “Necesitamos volver a crecer para generar trabajo de verdad, privado, sostenible y de forma federal. No hay política social sin trabajo; no hay para distribuir lo que no se genera. Para eso hay que tener un sano equilibrio entre un sector privado pujante que genera trabajo y riqueza, y un estado que a partir de eso ayude y atienda a los que menos tienen y más necesitan.”
Bajo el lema “Reflexiones para los planes de desarrollo humano”, el encuentro contó con más de 100 invitados. Junto a Rodríguez Larreta, expusieron expertos, referentes sociales y políticos, empresarios y académicos, para debatir sobre temáticas como diagnóstico social, pobreza, hábitat, primera infancia, instituciones y bienes públicos de calidad, con el objetivo de diseñar políticas públicas para la región.
“Necesitamos una firme decisión política de quienes ejercen el poder nacional para volver a ser un país federal como dice la Constitución. Uno de los pilares de nuestro plan nacional tiene que ser la recuperación del federalismo. Nunca ha habido tanta concentración de poder como ahora, tenemos que revertirlo. Salta tiene que poder definir cuál es su modelo de desarrollo” afirmó el mandatario.
En esa misma línea agregó: “No puede ser que el mejor gobernador sea el que mejor conoce qué timbre hay que tocar para conseguir un programita de aca o de allá o dos cuadras de asfalto. Eso está mal; el mejor gobernador tiene que ser el que tenga la visión a más largo plazo para desarrollar su provincia y región, con la responsabilidad y la autoridad necesarias para lograrlo.”
Consultado por la falta de gasoil, Rodríguez Larreta sostuvo: “es un drama que en un país como el nuestro tan lleno de recursos tengamos que importar energía, producto de una falta de previsión y de un plan.”
Después de participar del encuentro, Rodríguez Larreta recorrió la zona comercial en el centro de la ciudad donde aprovechó para conversar con vecinos y comerciantes, escuchando sus demandas y preocupaciones. También participó de un encuentro con referentes del espacio, donde hicieron hincapié en la necesidad de fortalecer su presencia en Salta y de trabajar por la unidad y la construcción de una alternativa fuerte de cara a 2023. Estuvieron Omar de Marchi, diputado nacional, Carlos Zapata, diputado nacional por Salta, Inés Liendo, dirigente del PRO, Martín Grande, ex diputado nacional, y Miguel Nanni, diputado nacional.
