«El objetivo no es que esta persona vaya presa, sino que intentamos que entienda con talleres de violencia y discriminación, que no es el camino», explicó el abogado de Tani Fernández.
Un pampeano de 37 años que amenazó a través de las redes sociales al hijo mayor del presidente Alberto Fernández, Tani Fernández, fue beneficiado con una probation y deberá realizar cursos de derechos humanos y contra la discriminación en el INADI.
La jueza María Laura Martínez Vega hizo lugar al planteo de la defensa oficial de Alejandro Dagnino, quien incluso estuvo detenido por el delito de amenazas y por la portación de un arma de fuego que luego se reveló que era propiedad de su hermano.
Según la acusación que impulsó el fiscal penal y contravencional porteño Miguel Ángel Kessler, «al menos desde el mes de junio de 2020 y hasta el 13 de julio de 2021, mediante la utilización de distintas redes sociales, Dagnino profirió amenazas anónimas a Estanislao Fernández y a César Damián Cabrera«.
Las amenazas fueron dirigidas a través de distintos usuarios de redes sociales y desde una cuenta de e-mail, que permitieron identificar la IP desde la que partieron y, de esa manera, dar con el imputado.
Los mensajes menos agresivos amenazaban con «quemar» a ambas víctimas, las banderas del colectivo LGTBQ, «torturarlos» y «cortarles la cabeza con una motosierra».

Dagnino pidió disculpas a ambas víctimas durante la audiencia realizada horas atrás a través de Zoom.
Asistido por la defensora oficial Andrea Demarco, el acusado pidió la probation y, con acuerdo de la fiscal y de los damnificados –representados por el abogado Juan Pablo Fioribello-, le fue concedida por el término de un año y medio.
Durante ese lapso, deberá abstenerse de cometer nuevos delitos, tendrá prohibido cualquier acercamiento a las víctimas, deberá realizar sendos cursos en el Instituto contra la Discriminación (INADI) y fijar residencia, que deberá mantener y no podrá ausentarse sin dar aviso al juzgado.
El abogado de Tani Fernández, Juan Pablo Fioribello, sostuvo que el acusado «es un personaje cargado de odio y un resentimiento muy grandes». «Como dije en la audiencia, acá no se trata del hijo o no hijo, sino de que haya este tipo de personajes que van dinamitando este odio por todos lados”.
“Son guapos de cartulina detrás de un teclado y cuando les cae la policía en la casa se les va la guapeza en dos segundos”, continuó el abogado quien luego explicó por qué aceptaron la probation.
«Nos pusimos de acuerdo en una probation, porque acá no se trata de revanchismo. El objetivo no es que esta persona vaya presa, sino que intentamos que esta persona entienda con talleres de violencia y discriminación, que no es el camino. Recién cuando cumpla todos los requerimientos, se terminará el proceso con el sobreseimiento», completó
