Legisladora Pecci propone un la creación del Transporte Público Diferencial
Es sabido que los continuos paros del transporte público de pasajeros afecta a miles de tucumanos.En los últimos años Tucumán fue un caos casi permanente en el tema .
Las soluciones son coyunturales y las autoridades que deben poner un fin a esta situación no encuentran la forma para ello.
El paro de transporte obliga a la gente a no salir, lo cual en este contexto para el gobierno es un alivio ya que contribuye a disminuir la circulación, tal vez sea por eso que solo interviene con parches espasmódicos, y no hace nada para dar solución de fondo, expresa la Legisladora por Fuerza Republicana, Nadima Pecci.
Pecci presentó un proyecto para la creación de un Servicio de Transporte Interurbano Diferencial de Pasajeros.
Nosotros seguiremos proponiendo soluciones, a las iniciativas ya presentadas, se suma una más: presente un proyecto que crea un nuevo servicio de transporte inter jurisdiccional, que busca aportar una alternativa para trasladarse dentro del Gran Tucumán, evitando el transbordo, con pocas paradas, en unidades climatizadas y solo con pasajeros sentados, asegura Pecci.
Por las características geográficas y sociales de nuestra provincia, tenemos a diario un gran movimiento de personas dentro del llamado Gran San Miguel de Tucumán, que deben tomar más de un colectivo para llegar a destino, ante la inexistencia de un servicio que conecte de manera rápida y confortable a las distintas jurisdicciones, por lo que esta propuesta traería una solución a quienes deban recorrer trayectos largos en distintos ejidos municipales. Además, dadas las circunstancias sería una alternativa frente a los frecuentes paros que dejan sin servicio a miles de usuarios.
Cabe señalar que la presente propuesta no interfiere en la autonomía municipal en materia de transporte puesto que el servicio que proponemos trasciende los intereses de una comunidad específica, ya que es esencialmente interjurisdiccional, por lo que excede la competencia atribuida a los municipios por nuestra Constitución Provincial y en consecuencia se hace indispensable una regulación de carácter provincial.
Por otra parte, y atento a que la pandemia a afectado severamente muchas actividades que se han visto privados de todo ingreso, se propone que, dadas las características del servicio, este pueda prestarse excepcionalmente por los transportes escolares, que hoy atraviesan una profunda crisis, siempre que se adecuen a las especificaciones técnicas.
Tucumán está desbordado. Los problemas parecen no tener solución, y el gobierno sigue mirando para el costado. Es hora de darle a la gente respuestas.
